  I have a problem with Adobe Presenter Video Express, when I want to use the camera Logitech c920. (computer laptop Dell Vostro 3560, Windows 7-64 bit, 8 GB of RAM, memory)

  When I launch the program and start creating the new project, I see only a black screen with the error message "your webcam is busy or it does not." "Try closing other applications that might be using the webcam and select it again. But when I press "record", program begins to make the video - and the webcam works. My problem is that I can't use video effects to change the background: I can't see Preview video/webcam with button "make my impressive background." When I switch to the integrated webcam, it works without problems, including the function of substantive change.

  I have closed all other programs. I restarted the laptop. I deleted and reinstalled the drivers for the camera. But it still does not work properly.

  In our tests, we saw that the Logitech C920, must the last driver of Logitech and the software must be installed so that it works correctly. Please make sure that you are picking the latest driver from the following link:

  If installing this driver does not resolve this issue, then please try the following:

  1. Sometimes, the webcam is busy on the launch of the app. Select the camera, then the Logitech camera to try a fix for this problem.
  2. Some Bluetooth drivers interfere with the functioning of the app. Disable all Bluetooth devices and see if it solves the problem.
  3. Send us a journal of diagnosis of the problem. You can follow the steps in this link to launch the application in diagnostic mode: presenter help | Adobe Presenter Video Express (Windows & Mac) .   PS: as a temporary workaround, you can check without changing the background, then the change in the background inside the editor using the option "Video improve."

• Adobe Tv video display problem.

  What I wanted, it was only in Adobe Tv, when I click on any cs5 tutorial first as road or GS-01 or any other clip he loads the screen for the episode but the screen remains black with no way to play the clip.  In other words, the screen remains black with no way to play the clip. Black screen, no play button, no control, no video. Just black. When I click to open in safari, it's the same here. When I tried in Firefox, it's the same here. I guess there's a clue. I'm simply not be there due to my limited experience.

  Why is this feature important for you? The new "video creator Adobe Presenter" is great as a stand-alone video creator.  But when I'm in Powerpoint and you want to record a simple video of sidebar for 1 slide... It's a shame that there is no longer the old simple way to do this.  I just want to click on "Save", select I want to record my video with my webcam my video in the sidebar, and then stop... I don't want to record the screen, the webcam, export them as mp4, re-import in Powerpoint, etc...  In Presenter 7 I could do a simple video recording for a video of sidebar... Why did you remove this feature?

  Here, we use Adobe Presenter to make the course online.  We use it to add narration to slides.  And sometimes, we want to add a video in the section of the sidebar for an intro for example... In Presenter 7 we could click on recording, choose we want video recording to the position of the sidebar, record the video with the webcam and it's him... He did!  We have a slide that has a video in the sidebar.

  Presenter 9, we now have a new way to make the video, but it does not work!

  I have an HD webcam and I can't get a simple fullscreen video of the webcam with the creator of video Adobe Presenter.  If I do a record and then select the page layout to see just the webcam.  I have my webcam image in the middle and the screen captured in grey in the background.  So, if I import this video in the section of the sidebar, it does not work!  I don't want the gray background behond the image recorded by the webcam...

  I am an audiovisual technician and work with a lot of software Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effect, Lightroom, Photoshop...)

  I know I can record a video introduction in my studio.  Edit with Premiere Pro and import it into Powerpoint Adobe Presenter, in the section of the sidebar.

  But I work with university professors and many of them want to do their only online courses.  They must record a small video with Adobe Presenter and they want to be able to do easily as in the previous version of Adobe Presenter... no one understands why this function no longer exists...

• Adobe Presenter 8.1 Win 7 trial installing does not complement PPT

  I contemplating the purchase of a presenter 8.1 and downloaded the demo of Win7. After installation, I noticed that the Power Point 2010 does not have the add-in installed. I checked in the add-in for people with reduced mobility Manager add ins and COM add-ins Two areas of PPT 2010 doesn't have this plug in installed. I tried to reboot, installed again and nothing works. Is there something I need to do to the 8.1 presenter to make the PPT plug in install?

  I note also that presenter access not built in camera on the laptop either. In the settings menu presenter, all cursors for camera options are disabled. There may be a driver problem?

  OK, let's tackle one thing at a time.

  Presenter is not installed:

  What version of PPT 10 are using you, 32 bit or 64 bit? Are you sure that you downloaded the correct version of the installer? If you get the 64 bit or 32 bit version should be linked at PPT version you have installed, not the version of your OS. The run installation program and finish? Were there any error codes?

  Presenter, access your camera:

  When you use the Adobe Presenter video creator (APVC) tool, you get error messages? If your camera is not compatible, you should know that when he tries to access it.   I am running presenter Video Creator and when I click on the Branding icon to display the Branding Panel that there is a drop down menu to the themes. I click the menu drop down and there are a couple of current topics, but there is also an option for more themes. This option causes a zip file to download. I downloaded the zip file and extract to a folder. After extraction, it seems to be an installer I hope that additional content. But the problem, run the installation program causes the following error:

  I would like to point out that your instructions solved the problem, but nothing has changed.

  So, I did dig deeper. I ended up having to open WinZip to extract the content. And there is an option in WinZip which said to recreate the folder structure used. And it is the missing key. There are some concerned records that were not themselves created.

• Adobe Presenter "internal error."

  In Adobe Presenter Video Express, whenever I click the page layout button 'Two', I get a message error popup that says "Application has encountered an internal error.  Everything else seems to work very well.  Any ideas how to solve this problem?  Using PowerPoint 2010, 32-bit on a Windows 7 computer.

  Was able to get a representative of the technical support on the phone... it's apparently a known design problem that will be hopefully resolved with the next version.  In the meantime, this also seems to be associated with the selection of the display resolution.  In Presenter Video Express, click on the settings icon in the upper right, then Preferences. Select (or deselect) the option "change resolution display during recording.  Once I changed this setting, the issue went away, but now, I can change this setting back and is not resurfacing?

  Hello

  If you use "Presenter 8.0", then you will need to bring your head on the top of the zoom on the timeline icon. Then click on 'remove' from the keyboard. This should remove the zoom.

  If you need to reposition the zoom, just to bring the head of reading on top of existing icon zoom (timeline) and go to the Zoom Panel. Reposition the zoom/level of position in the Panel.

  If you use "Presenter 8.1", then there is a "Clear" icon provided in the zoom panel.

  Ideally, only the latest version of the video is saved. If you want to keep the different versions, you can follow a thing-

  1. go to the location of your video project.

  2 copy the project folder and paste it to create its copy. Rename it to version 1 (or any other name)

  3. now, open the project and continue working on it.

  So two different files will give you different versions of video projects.

  When you use the feature of video in presenter 8 +, it records a stand-alone webcam WMV. While the workflow is not as clean as before, it can be inserted in all as a video in the sidebar without the background screenshot. Here's how you can do:

  • The creator of video Presenter allows to record your video. Do not hold account that your screen is captured, you do not use.
  • Once you record your video, save your project. Not to publish, as the published output is useless for you.
  • Back to the presenter, choose to insert video.
  • Access your webcam capture (My Documents > my video projects Adobe Presenter > {what ever you named capture} > mt). Should be named something like presenter_video1.wmv
  • Presenter converts to FLV format, you can select the quality and the location, slide, or the sidebar, as in previous versions of the presenter.

  If you wish, you can use a video conversion 3rd party tool to convert video WMV, but maybe that's not necessary.

• Using Adobe Presenter will not solve the problem of police when I use Acrobat Connect Pro?

  So my fonts in my PowerPoint presentation are not preserved when I use Acrobat Connect Pro (as it is not one of the Adobe fonts).   It should be. The problem is that when you load a PPT (X) at Adobe Connect it converts to a Presenter presentation. However, it can use only the fonts on the server, which is the basic MS fonts. Publishing locally with the presenter should allow you to use the fonts you have on your computer, so this issue. Your animations and transitions must also be preserved, but you will have your animations sur-Cliquer for control when they are placed in Presenter.

  I have a question for anyone who can answer this question:

  Adobe Presenter 9 would allow me to take a longer video and cut into small pieces to be included in a presentation? I have a set of slides, used in conjunction with a recorded instructor-led training. Registration for the ILT I think is going to be a record that is approximately 4 hours long continuous. I need to be able to enter, cut out the pieces of the record, that I need, then put them in my presentation to match the slide. Adobe Presenter 9 will allow me to do it at this level of change?

  No, presenter has no worth mentioning the video editing functionality. The little there will not help you. I would recommend that you look at a tool to make breaks in the full record and then import clips using presenter of video editing. I'm sure there are many free or inexpensive options. Personally, I love following AVS tools, because they cost $59 for a lifetime upgrades and support. AVS4YOU ranking of multimedia tools. Don't let stupid sale, I've never not seen it for sale.

• Adobe Presenter - fatal error

  I meet a 'Fatal Error' when you try to download Adobe Presenter on my MacBook Air (2015, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5). Specifically, the error reads "Akamai Download Manager has encountered a fatal error: access denied". There is an option to download files directly, but nothing happens when I click on these links. I updated Adobe Reader and talk to Apple Customer Care. Due to the specific error, I was directed to Adobe.  Any suggestions?
