• Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop

  Recently, my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 decided he wasn't going to use the letter 'v', but also CTRL + 'v', even if for some reason any it will start working again after that the keyboard was arrested and uninstalled for a couple of weeks.   It seems that mouse, when you buy as a set of office, are "coded" somehow work with the receiver for this game. A little logic, I guess.

  Please, try the following steps:

  1. go to Device Manager, find the optical mouse, right-click on it and then uninstall it.

  2 disconnect the receiver wireless mouse and disable the mouse

  3. restart your computer and onto your desktop

  4. turn on your mouse, connect the receiver wireless to your computer and wait FOR Windows to detect and install the driver for it. It is important that you let it ends correctly.

  5 restart your computer and check to see if the mouse works.

  In addition, check the batteries in the mouse, make sure the receiver is firmly in place, etc...
