• EXTREMELY slow mouse scrolling speed

  Hello, I was faced with a problem with my iMac where the mouse scrolling speed is very slow.  It's so slow that my finger feels bad the amount of scrolling, do I just go to the bottom of an average Web page.  I use a third party mouse, but I think it's a problem with my iMac because when I plug the mouse on my Macbook Air it can scroll to normal speed.  I tried to adjust my speed in system preferences, but it does allow me to increase my speed to scroll beyond the 6th tick and even when he is sure the scrolling speed is still extremely slow.

  It may be worth noting that I've just updated my iMac to El Capitan of Mavericks (so it has not been updated in a while).

  Also, the mouse is a Logitech wireless mouse.

  Please help me find a way to increase my speed.

  I found a solution!  I just installed the latest version of Logitech Control Center and it fixed the problem.

  Did you go to system-> mouse preferences?  I don't have a wireless mouse, so I do not know what parameters/functions would be listed here, but you can give it a try.

  I recently bought a set of wireless with an optical mouse wireless 2000, office 100 wireless keyboard and a wireless desktop kit 3.1 receiver.   Same problem here, but I found a way to make this work (in fact there are two ways LOL)

  -Remove one of the batteries.  Believe it or not, the scroll wheel works perfectly when I remove one of the battery (any).  However, I do not know how long it will last since there isn't that one battery in operation.

  OR

  -Remove the lid of dough and remove the batteries.  Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw about 2 rounds (for some reason, I think that it is screwed in too tight).  Replace the batteries and you are or that you set.

  I can't guarantee that my methods will still work, but the fact is that it works for me since then.

  Stopped my mouse scroll wheel, and I can't tell if it's a problem of software or hardware (out of stock).  I tried to reset the scroll in the mouse control panel and checked for Intellipoint updates, but does not.

  Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

• The mouse scrolling erratic on Win7 SP2 after August 2015 Windows Update

  Installed a Windows Update (KB # unknown) description something like "(mise à jour pour Microsoft Mice, claviers, etc.) in mid-late August 2015, and now MS Mouse scrolling is very erratic on Chrome and IE11."  Impossible to find in the updates installed to uninstall the update.   Win7 SP2 64 bit, Windows updates current, Windows comfort wireless 5000 mouse.

  Also the experience of MSE problem with comprehensive analyses no finished, reported and documented by multiple users, supposedly awaiting MS fix.

  Any ideas?  Thank you for any information.

• Move between photos using the mouse scroll wheel in the library module

  I've recently upgraded to LR6.4, in the library, to the Magnifier module, I can't move between photos using the mouse scroll wheel. When I point the cursor on the picture, I get a "magnifying glass". The only way I can move between photos is to click on the film. I was able to use the mouse scroll wheel to move between pictures before. Help, please.

  It doesn't matter whether or not this option is displayed. Just open the preferences and restart LR should dissipate it.

• PSE Organizer 13.1 - the mouse scrolling problem

  Works very well for semi-bas was a little flakey in an earlier version of ID and sometimes I have to restart the application.

  Since this morning (and the most recent upgrade apparently) I feel serious display problems when scrolling with my mouse upwards or downwards on a Web site: the whole text and other components of the page is displayed to the left or to the right and becomes so blurred that it is completely unreadable.   -create a new Boolean value called "layout.paint_rects_separately" (without the quotes) and set the value to true

  -Disable all add-ons

  Any of these changed nothing to my problem.

  Any suggestion on how to fix this is welcome.

  Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

• 10.11.5 the mouse scrolling problem

  I upgraded all the users to 10.11.5 yesterday and I have a user who never stopped all the scrolling of the magic mouse and the trackball.

  Restart

  May be a corrupt .plist.

  Make a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.

  Quit the application.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse.plist.  Move the .plist on your desktop.

  Restart your computer, open the application and test. If it works fine, delete the plist for the office.

  If the application is the same, return the .plist where you got it, crushing the latest.
