  Congratulations at the end of your first application!

  As the PROD has no workspace configuration, if the option workspace_id to apex_workspaces, there is no workspace in PROD.  This means that I have to run

  APEX_INSTANCE_ADMIN. ADD_WORKSPACE ('11234444', 'Nom_espace_de_travail', 'SCHEMA_NAME', null);

  Instead of

  apex_application_install.set_workspace_id (n_workspace_id);

  In fact as a Setup for your PROD, I suggest that you export your existing workspace of DEV and import in the PROD. This has the advantage that the ID of the workspace will remain the same, which will make easier the installation of applications. You run the import script of the workspace as SYS. The export of the workspace can be created via the Admin Instance INTERFACE.

  2 If the DEV and PROD must have the same schema and application id, that means I just run the script that I export application after the fixed workspace and the schema. for example, f101.sql?

  If you are creating the workspace with the export script you will not have to do anything before @101.sql running (you'd connected via the schema of your workspace or as SYS)

  The plug-in is part of your export app. No further action necessary installation.

  I asked to do a complete inventory of what exists in dev and prod, circles of table, view, procedure and TOAD names. This is necessary because currently our environmetns dev and prod are not the same or not in sync with the other, they want you want to synchronize.

  I need to start by making a list of table, procedure, discovered the names etc. in each approx. I started copy pasitng each name of the table, view and others in an excel spreadsheet. But I want to ask you is at - it an easier way to do it? Rather than manually go and copy - paste each name I can copy the list of table names and send it to my worksheet? It's a huge database, I want to know if there is an easier way before I take the average confectioners.

• Error #1009 during the Page move or page elements

  When I try to move a page or any object on a page, I get an error and then Muse shut. I restarted. I uninstalled and reinstalled Muse twice, and both times I have this problem. I ran repair permissions. Nothing has solved the problem that I am running Mac OS 10.10.1 Yosemite.

  Here is the error message:

• Configuring a Site suitable for Dev and Prod

  I use DreamWeaver for years but I'm stumped on this question (apparently Basic)...

  We have 2 servers, development and production.

  We have 2 sites put in place, 1 for each.

  Our local sites are the same for dev and prod to make the files easier prod pushing.

  We get the 'file is identical to another site. The synchronization may not work.

  So... What's best practices on the implementation of dev and prod? Definitions of separate sites with the same local? Sync should be turned off to avoid pushing them to prod by chance?

  He would if CS4 or 5 were in the mix, since these two would allow you to have both dev and prod definitions in a single site definition, rather than the case of two site you describe.

• Move from Page to Page 1

  I use LCD 8.2.1

  I have a mult-page form that works. When adding a page, the page is added at the bottom of the form and I can then PASS the page my clicking on the header of page in the section hierarchy and then by dragging the page where I want. Seem to work.

  However, if I move the page to 1 (after the Master Page), I always find myself with an extra blank page at the beginning of the document AND I can't get rid of this extra page. If I MOVE the page to one location other than the 1 page, blank page disappears.

  I have so much hair left... any suggestions are appreciated.

  It is quite common. I suspect it is the issue of pagination. The original page 1 may have been defined in the object > paging to be placed on the Page1 tab. The new page can have a default paging the previous value of follow.

  Just go to the pagination for the new page and set it to the master page content, then the following pages must be defined to follow previous. You would replace only it is you had several Master Pages and wanted to change half way through the form another provision.

• How to move the page to the screen adjustment?

  For some reason, my pages are now almost an inch under the search tool bars and leaving an inch of black over any page I watch. I tried to right click for an arrow to move it to the top, but there is no arrow. I did the resolution thing on my computer and tried everything I can think of. Looks like I'll just be shift upward. Help.

  I'm practsing Train updated the OAF tutorial that comes with the Patch of the EBS R12.1.3 OPS.

  After you have created the 3 pages, I created a page EmpTrainRN.xml (train style) with 3 TrainSteps of type link. I have no problem in visiting all 3 pages by clicking the bullets next to each step.

  

  I also have EmpTrainFooterRN.xml (style pageButtonBar) with a navigationBar including = 1 step and the last step = 3. (The Destination URI has been set correctly).

  After the launch of the first page, I am able to visit the second page by selecting the next button. But when I click the button following once again, the same 2 page is being updated - rather than page 3 launched. This is not the expected behavior.

  However when I put the code below in the processRequest controller (for EmpTrainFooterRN), I am able to move on to page 3 using the next button.

  I found the problem and the solution.

  Your destination in the navigation links are wrong.

  First, they must begin by "OA.jsp? page =".

  Second, they must correspond with the destination links in the area of train.

  This is how the framework includes the relationship between the bar of navigation and train.

  In your application when I turn to the second page with a next button, navigation bar did not get updated. That's how I found the problem.

• Selection tool will not drag over the items. Moves the page instead. Items stay in place

  It drives me crazy! I have not used the program in a few months and I'm guessing that it updated. Everything is different, and now when I try to select an item and move it, or select multiple items at once and move them, nothing happens. When I drag and output, the entire page moves, but everything I wanted to do move remain on-site. I can move them if I select each item individually, hold the shift key while clicking. Then allows me to drag this selection. How can I select all at the same time? Used to be able to drag over the area and he would choose everything.

  Is it possible to place an object of link on a page of dashboard (in OBIEE 10 g) and who have to navigate to a page of dashboard OBIEE 11 g?

• Vertical movement child pages

• How can I move a page to a new location that is off the screen to the left or the right of the screen of planning

  When I'm planning screen mode, even though I have thumbnails on their smaller size, my site is so great that the branches of the hierarchical layout of the Web pages and their subpages stretch distances of the extreme left and right off the screen. When I try to move a small rectangular Web page icons in the hierarchical mode screen Plan layout, I can't move it off the screen to the left or right to change its position in the horizontal menu of my website.  In other words, even to the smallest setting for icon Web page thumbnails, there are so many icons that they leave page and I can't move an icon from the Web page to a position which is currently off the screen to the left or to the right in the menu layout.

  Your best bet is to reduce the size of the thumbnails for the little ones, then disable thumbnails (to speed up the refresh), then drag in several stages, the Plan view scroll each time. In the next version of Muse (17 June), you will be able to collapse, chimneys vertical pages, which will be means your Plan view is not as wide. If cut you each stack, you will see only the top-level pages, and you won't have to scroll through many times. Or maybe they all will be fit. What you really need is autoscroll in the Plan view, which we do not currently have.

  Hello all,.

  I try to reshape our current VMWare environment and was looking for a direction of some other VMWare experts.  Here are the current settings.

  ______________________________________________________________________

  Production:

  3 - HP Blades all running VMWare ESX 3.5 (each server has 8 cores with 16 GB of RAM)

  1 - Hitachi SAN with 8 LUNS (connected via fiber channel)

  Development

  2 - DELL 2850 times running ESX 3.0 (each has a quad core with 8 GB of RAM)

  Connected to the HItachi SAN (via fibre channel)

  1 - virtual instance Center controlling all servers

  We have just purchased 2 HP blades (Proc dual Quad Cores with 32 GB of RAM) and will probably improve to 2 of our existing blades to 32 GB of RAM. I have 2 questions regarding how I should structure the incoming environment with 2 new servers.  I am the new VMWare administration and the previous Admin and I disagree as to how the environment should be implemented.

  A. should I collect all 5 blades in 1 big bunch (ESX 3.5) and then divide the environment through pools of resources?  Currently, I have a pool of resources DEV and the PRD in my environment of PRD.  DEV gets normal resources and a small reserve of CPU and RAM and greater PRD actions and more CPU and RAM reserved.

  B. I could keep servers grouped in clusters 3 - 2 PRD - DEV (dev upgrade to 3.5 with new leaves) and then separated to the DEV and the PRD LUN and then only create pools of resources based on servers of high value on PRD.

  The previous admin is worried because we used VCB in the past and had problems.  When we ran the nightly backups, we completely blocked our VMWare network and had to give up this for esXpress backup option. (2 network cards on each blade.  One for virtual machines, one for the host), he's afraid that he hosts learn all the available LUNS, the disk i/o could cause problems on our Hitachi SAN with all 5.  We should worry about?

  Yes.

  How big are the LUNS?  Try to separate your data between DEV / Prod will make you a lot of pain.  Besides if properly configure you your PII, you should not have any problem.  Mix and matching size IO / performance is actually good practice, rather than having 1 LUN for all high e/s and 1 LUNS of all e/s from the bottom.  It is generally accepted from them to mix together to get the best performance from your logic unit number.

  Probably why it is the 'previous' Admin, apparently he didn't know how to put in the right seat.  VCB / esXpress uses the same network, so it must have saturated the network by having too many jobs running at the same time, it does not matter the backup.  Network data control, not the reverse.

  Nope.  IO is caused by too many virtual machines running non file / copy.  They READ the San not WRITE San, except if you make VCB to SAN then yes what will happen... Tell me are you not write these backups to THE SAN - tsk tsk.
