  NVidia and Adobe has published some comparisons of performance where it seems that Tesla (via Maximus) adds a lot of performance of Premiere Pro systems.

  While all the rest I've read (including on this forum) indicates that the gains are mainly in smoother playback (less dropped frames in a complex calendar), and when the 1 card is relatively low - like Quadro 2000 or 4000.

  Issue 1: did I miss something? Maximus does nothing else more to help reading in real time.  (Please note that I don't talk about all the other apps - CS or not. Premiere Pro performance only).

  Question 2: someone at - he tested the configuration Maximum against a decent GeForce (GTX-670) card or, say, Quadro 5000?

  For example, what are the benefits of the Maximus with Q5K against Q5K + Tesla, for Premiere Pro CS6?

  You must keep in mind that with a single card of Q5 / 6K, all accelerated MPE Affairs are managed by the card of Q5 / 6K, using all of the CUDA cores available on these maps. When you change from one configuration of Maximus, by adding a map C2075 Tesla, CUDA kernels on Q5 cards / 6K are circumvented and only CUDA kernels on the map of Tesla are used for acceleration of the EMT.   Obviously the fastest solution is the GTX 680. If opting for a solution of Maximus, it is foolish to choose a Quadro 6000 on a 4000, unless you need the size of the memory of the 6000.

  It is difficult to tell from a photo.

  Most likely, the problem is due to not to provide timing information to the filter VI.  When you convert the 2D dynamic data table, nothing specifies the sampling frequency.
