  Hello

  If you still have access to the Admin 4i disco you can export workbooks using the command line and then import them into the disco 10 g EUL using 10 g administration tool.

  If you have several workbooks to cross, you can put all the export orders in a .bat file and run them at once.

  You have apparent dbx file corruption.
   
  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
   
  With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
   
  After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
   
  Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
   
  General precautions for Outlook Express:
   
  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  The first thing to do is to make sure your music is all set in the iTunes music folder. If you have some other songs where you need to consolidate your library.

  Then install iTunes on the new PC, but do not add any music.
  With closed iTunes, drag the iTunes folder to music on the new PC on the desktop.

  Then with iTunes closed on both computers, you must copy the iTunes folder from the old PC to the fodler music on the new PC so that it replaces the one dragged out you.

  It does not really matter how achieve copy - network or via an external drive.

  The last thing you need to do is to check the permissions on the iTunes folder that you copied on the new PC, your account needs full control.

  Migration tool does not help to activate the software.

  Please use the CC cleaning tool to remove it completely. (See: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems)

  CS2 and earlier versions are more activated because the activation servers are gone.  You must download the CS2 buildreleased for customers who still use the old software or buy a version of Photoshop.

  If you install a Windows emulator, you can use the version of Windows on the Mac.  Otherwise, you will need to buy a Mac version with a Mac license through some third party provider because Adobe doesn't sell their old products.  CS5 is not eligible for platform swap, because that is only supported for the latest version of the CS (now CS6) series.

  Sorry, I should have to say that I use Firefox Thunderbird. To automatically download my emails to gmail, but it downloads only 2 or 3 when I did about 50 per day. I have to click again and again.   you have any 3rd party software or device that is not compatible with OS 10.11, have you checked with the developers?

  You can use sites like "roaringapps.com" but keep in mind that they are open to suggestions from people who could not use the software, can not correctly identify it or didn't test it it is full. It's a resource, but take it with a grain of salt.

  Do you have documented critical parameters and info you need?

  you have serial # s and printed installation info or accessible webmail hollow or other means?

  have you saved?

  Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support

  If you have met all these questions that you can upgrade safely to 10.11 of the OS and in case there is an emergency situation, you can restore to previous state.
