MP3 Player put music on laptop

Hello

Some time ago I lost all my music from my laptop, my backup failed. But I have my music on my MP3 player which is a Clip of Sandisk Sensa. When I plug the mp3 player on my computer laptop & open Windows Media Player, the mp3 player is recognized.
So I click on the mp3 player & then click on music, then on all music, but instead of my upcoming music it say is the folder is empty. But my music is still on my mp3 player.
So, how can I get my music from my mp3 player to my laptop please?
Thank you xxx

  • My music files have changed in WMA format in Windows Media Player, and now my MP3 player won't play them.

My music files have changed in wma format in windows media player, and now my mp3 player won't play them.  can anyone help please.

    original title: Media Player

Download and install WMA to MP3 Converter, then install it, you can get it here... http://www.WMA-MP3.org/

Then select all the WMA files you want to convert, and then convert them to the MP3 Format.
The reason why they are WMA is because when you ripped the files on the disc to your pc, by default, Windows Media Player is configured to save in the Windows Media Audio (WMA) Format.
This default can be changed by opening Media Player and click on Tools > Options
Then select the Rip music tab
Format: select MP3 from the drop-down list.
    Click apply and OK.
Now the next time you rip a CD on your drive hard it will be automatically saved as an MP3 file.

  • How can I get music from my mp3 player in my Windows Media Player on my computer?

I'm just trying to get the songs on my mp3 player on my computer.  I was told I could use Windows Media Player to do this. How?

    What mp3 player?

Try this: plug in your mp3 player and when XP recognizes it open up Windows Explorer then Tools > file options > make sure Show Hidden Files etc. is checked. Your mp3 should theoretically appear in the roor on the left file pane. Then copy and paste to your PC/laptop

The above of course depends on which mp3 player you have. Some appear as a storage device to mass media (where you can see their "hard drive") but others don't.

    See you soon,.
