What is the exact message/error code that appears when you get the blue screen?

According to your description, I suggest to try to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if you get the blue screen when internet access and other operations. Consult the following link:

Start your computer in safe mode

NOTE: Select SafeMode with networking in the advanced boot options.

If you don't get the problem in Mode safe, I suggest you to turn off the graphics card in safe mode and start in normal to check with the question. Refer to the following steps:

a. open the Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Security, then, under System, click the Managerof peripheral . If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

b. in the list of hardware categories, find and expand the display cards, right-click on the device driver and click disable.

c. close the Device Manager window and restart the computer in normal mode.

Check if the problem persists.

    I appreciate any help on this. We were afraid of virus here in my office, with a failure to update Windows concerned me maybe I or our anti virus missed something. Thank you.

    Looks like an update of Microsoft Security Essentials download failed. Perhaps because another update was in the process at the same time.

    Try to do a manual update of Microsoft Security Essentials.

    I installed Microsoft Security Essentials, it being understood that it replaces Windows Defender but the icon remained in the start menu in a disabled state. My next step was to remove the starter.  Now, I get a problem report called 'problem mptelemetry' whenever I turn on the computer. Is there to add Windows Defender to my startup even if MSE it turns off.

    I get these since I installed MSE this time on Windows 7 and also on my most old laptop with Vista.  I see that it is not critical, but I don't know what the problem is.  I have not found a problem when the MSE is scanning or protect my computer.

    Is this serious and I want to do something more?  If someone can tell me how to investigate this type of info in case the Viewer, I would be happy.

    You have any anti-virus or anti-malware to third party software installed with MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials)?
     
    I wouldn't think it's serious, but a mistake is a problem regardless of its gravity.
    However, I would like to you follow these steps and check to see if they help.
    Step 1:
     
    I would like you to put your computer in a clean boot State in order to eliminate any conflict of third party software causing the problem to occur. I suspect the involvement of a third-party software.
    Note: Please follow step 7 to your computer as usual after the test.
    Step 2:
    You can also Uninstall MSE and install version 2 of MSE and check if the problem persists.
    Note: Be sure to only install the version appropriate for your operating system

    a. What is the exact error message that you receive?

    b. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

    c. what anti-virus program you installed on the computer?

    This problem may occur if there is a conflict between windows defender and the security software installed on the computer.

    I suggest you try the following steps:

    Step 1: Disable security software, follow the steps mentioned below

    Note: Activate security software back once the test is completed.

    Step 2: The System File Checker (SFC) utility allows administrators to perform an analysis of all protected resources to make sure they are the correct version. Whether SFC should find all incorrect versions in one of these protected resources, SFC will be replaced by the correct versions.

    You can still run a SFC scan on the windows vista computer. To run a scan suite SFC as follows:

    a. Click Start, in the start search bar type cmd, right-click on the command prompt icon in the box programs and then click Run as administrator.

    b. at the command prompt type sfc/scannow , and then press ENTER.

    Step 3: Install the latest updates for windows defender

    To check updates in Windows Defender, follow these steps:

    1. start Windows Defender if it is not already open. To do this, click Start, click programs, and then click Windows Defender.

    2 search for new definitions. To do this, click search for updates now

    Q: do you have a Norton or McAfee free trial come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it (and that would have been installed, but not valid, when you reinstalled Vista)?

    A: McAfee has been the free trial when I bought the laptop.  I've tended after the expiration on the McAfee.

    Comment: If you didn't let the McAfee free trial expires before replace you it with the application of Trend Micro, chances are that you should not have to reinstall Vista.

    When you reinstalled Vista, McAfee free trial was also reinstalled, but not valid. You should have (1) uninstalled McAfee free trial AND (2) download / run the McAfee removal tool (see below) before installing Microsoft Security Essentials AND BEFORE that you have installed the Windows updates.

    That being said, see if the following solves your problem:

    1. download the McAfee Consumer Product Removal, save it to your desktop tool:http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

    2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

    3. click right on the file saved in #1 above, and then select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

    4. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 & run the difficulty.

    5. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 & run this difficulty in DEFAULT and modes and AGGRESSIVE. [1]

    6. restart once again & test.

  • Almost every time I connect Apple Sync declaring hangs...

    What does that mean? I'm quite unfortunately tech literate. But almost whenever I start my computer I'll have this program (?) or what it is... crash because of what this code mean... sometimes it shows in my journal...     All Windows updates and Essentials updates are automatically checked manually and installed every day! The entire system and printer drivers are the most recent available.

    Previous questions and answers to this problem and in this forum seem to be addressed to this problem of Malware defender and has happened to users for a long time.

    On July 12 I started to receive 2 reports in "Problems Windows has indicated".

    1 Antimalware Service executable.  Telemetry of MP.

    Whenever I turn on my PC, this problem is listed in the issues page.  I can't report to windows and it remains on the page in bold.

    I ran a full Scan in Essentials and no malware, viruses or spyware are.

    2 spooler subsystem App.  printer to print not the causes.

    Many users seem to be encoutering this problem. There seems to be several answers on how to fix the problem, but nothing of what Microsoft can do to fix it.  The answer to my question in this forum about this problem is so long and so detailed and so complicated and with the language I do not understand that it will take me months looking for every possible way to fix the print spooler.

    Is it just a coincidence that these two problems arose on the same date? Or is the malware that I can't remove causeing the problem of print spooler?

    Method 2: Clean boot the computer, and check to see if the problem persists

    Follow step 1 in the link below,

    If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

    Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

    After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

    Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link.
