  You use the Enterprise Dashboard?

  If so

  1. ensure that they use the correct ID type. So if they have been added to the dashboard with Enterprise or federated ID to ensure they do not use the Adobe ID or vice versa.

  2. bring to sign out and sign back in to check their eligibility.

  3. If the problem persists, then try this:

  The opm.db file contains the login user cached information and delete this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you start creative cloud and reconnect.

  1. Close the creative cloud application.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Delete the file opm.db.
  4. Launch the creative cloud.

  Hi all

  I spent the last week ThinApp assessment in our group of software development, and we like what we see. I spoke with VMWare sales today to see if I could get the answers to some questions, and they referred me to the KB and communities for more detailed answers. After the search of these forums, I arrived at contradictory answers. So, here are the questions, and my current understanding of the answers - if someone can help to clarify, I'd appreciate it!

  Background: we develop software that is deployed to the client 'sites', consisting of a number of users at each site. Some sites use fixed machines for multiple users, others use (or want to use) USB devices to transport their settings autour with them. Thus, from a perspective ThinApp license:

  (1) is there any activation of the Client for ThinApp license? The sales guy I talked to said today that there is, and that every person who wanted to run the ThinApp application'ed would need to enter a license or call key to be activated. Everything I found on these forums seems to indicate that is not true, and that the license for the package manager is the only that is enabled. Which would correspond to my experience with the trial version, where we see the toaster popup that displays the name of the licensed user that was specified in the links Manager.

  (2) do need to activation, how to manage these licenses Client licenses? Can I see the information of the user/machine/usb which are associated with each activation and adjust them if the user/machine/device is more currently in use?

  (3) the client licenses never expire, making the ThinApp executable' unusable ed? My research seems to indicate (and sales indicate so) that the answer is no.

  Already, we follow and enforce the number of authorized users at our request, I don't need law enforcement. I hope that I can simply buy a number of customer ThinApp licenses based on the number of users who are permitted to use our software, then ThinApp packages to my heart's content, possibly to provide a single application for each customer site. The EULA seems to support this, but I am still confused the issues above.

  1. we do NOT ask by the registration of the customer. Only time ask us the license key is in Packager ('Capture' Setup).

• Is it possible under the EULA to have several virtual machines on a single physical hard disk while using the same OS license or do I need a separate license for each virtual computer?

  I have several programs that are not compatible with my 64 bit Windows 7 operating system.  I would like to run each different software under another virtual machine of VMWare (5 packs of different software programs and 5 different virtual machines of Windows XP).  These would all be installed on your laptop.  I can use the same license of Windows XP for each virtual machine, or do I need a separate XP license for each (different XP in case 5 licenses)?

  This means that as long as you are running two or more instances of XP at the same TIME, you agree? Or does this mean that, after you install once, you have reached your limit?

  You will need to purchase licenses of Acrobat DC volume & then do volume license downgraded XI Acrobat by contacting the Adobe volume licensing team.

  This is only possible in i.e special case, you will need to purchase Acrobat DC volume licenses.

  Another option is to go for ETLA where you will be able to download the old version. I will recommend you contact Adobe Volume licensing team Business software licensing | Purchase Adobe programs for assistance on this issue.

  You don't need an extended license if you use the images on a Web site for purposes of decoration and display.

  Yes, a photo credit is required for the mentioned scenarios.

  When I updated all of my applications to 2015 CC, I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects. All my other apps are not affected. I tried following the instructions here: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM but it still says that there is no license associated with my account.  I'm running OS X version 10.9.5 and I version the full creative cloud student.
