• Change the dashboard 'summary of active host.

  Hey everybody! I'm new to Foglight (using 5.6.5), but I was instructed to create a dashboard that will appear on a screen in the office. The dashboard is supposed to be the same as the summary of active hosts, who was created by default, the only difference being that it should only show servers 'Production '. Now, it seems really simple (and probably), but I've been struggling with this project days. I feel like I should just be able to copy summary of active hosts and make a quick change to the context and specify that it should Prod servers and not all servers, but I didn't understand how to do this.

  I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to go about it? Am I right in assuming that I can just copy the AHS and change some of the settings? What I have to change? I've tried a few things, but to no avail. I hope this isn't a stupid question, I just jumped in the middle of it and trying to learn as I go. If you need additional information or screenshots, let me know. Thanks in advance, it is greatly appreciated!

• How to change the settings of sequence without CC 7.1 update?

  Well, I was hoping that Adobe will release 7.1 updated October 15, as promised on some websites. I don't remember, maybe it was Creative COW or other.

  That's why I created proxies PRORES 720 p for 9 x shoot multicamera live performance which lasts for 2 hours for delay free, fast editing.

  I was successfully edited and promised my clients until October 16, they will have the whole show in 1080 p, high quality.

  Thus, there is no update yet and Yes, I can re-create an original link to 1080 p files, but the multicam sequence is capped at 720 p and I can just find a way to change its size.

  The old way of copying and pasting from one sequence to another mode does not work, sequence 720 p is related to making changes. In CS6 I could edit ".prproj' file in the text editor to change properties (including the properties of the sequence), but right now, in CC, .prproj file contains binary data only, so I can't do it that way either.

  Maybe someone knows another way to modify the sequence right now, or what is the exact day of the 7.1 version?

  Well, I found out there is a way to change the seqence settings if you know how to use a WinRAR (for extract .prproj) and change files of type XML in Notepad. So I finished my project days ago successfully

• The content of my project disappeared!  All that remains are two windows of reverberation.  When I try to come back, I said that I don't have permission to access to "000". ***.  A working day dreading telling the band disappeared.

  Spent the whole day a tape.  Everything was fine.  Open the project to make some changes final and all went except for two windows of reverberation.  I checked all the Time Machine backups and they are all the same.  It's weird because I'm compulsive about registration of all five minutes or less.  One of the members of the closed group of logic pro x at the end of the session and a message saying 'save document CD' came.  CD was the name of the song that we recorded.  They clicked on Yes.

  I tried to revert to a previous version in logic pro x.  However, when I use the return option, I get a message saying 'you are not allowed access 000!

  Help.  Dreading telling the band that a days worth of work was lost.

  and in the 11.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the entire 11.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.

  What is the duration of your project, when the problem is? You have the same problem if you open a new project? Where are your stored source media, and do you get coloured poster of the Offline Media in the open project (in thumbnails active project or in the content of the timeline)?

  I intend to have bought the first 13 items, it would be better if I bought a new program instead of downloading an upgrade, just in case the upgrade does not correctly load because of the error with my current program?

  If I have the deleted first Elements 9 on my PC would I lose all my existing videos that have been produced using Prime Elements 9 or would they be registered so that they can still be worked in first 13 items?

  First 13 elements absolutely works with Windows 7!

  In fact, I highly recommend you download the free trial version and give it a test run.

  In the meantime, go to Windows Update and make sure you have all the updates of Windows, including those who do not automatically install it. Then go to the website of ATI / nVidia and ensure that you have the latest driver for your graphics card and go to Apple.com and ensure you have the latest version of Quicktime, by the requirements of the program.

  If the file is missing or has not been saved and you don't have auto-save and increment is enabled in the preferences then you are out of luck. I have auto save set for 10 minutes and 5 versions. I suggest you do something similar.

  I don't know preference to disable the current behavior. If the second column in the project Panel cannot become an active control, they you can use Tab to enable the change, emphasizing the element of project you just edited and fortunately, proceed with the help of your shortcuts.

• CS6 flash cannot compile a project work a few days a week old

  When I tried Monday to reopen one of my projects FLA (publish Succesfully on iTunes 2 weeks ago) to add content for a future update, I was unable to generate/compile my project on the laptop I have the code and build it originally. I have the code in FlashDevelop, put all my assets in Flash CS6 and build from the Flash IDE. I put the emphasis on "laptop I have the code originally" because if I take my project on my home office or a colleague's office, no problem, everything is perfectly compilation. A new FLA project created will work smoothly.

  In detail, when I try to test my film 'Export SWF Movie' window briefly appear then disappear. No error is given in the output or any other alert window Panel. But if I try to compile the SWF by going trough mode I get "You cannot debug this SWF, because it does contain any ActionScript" debugging. That error doesn't bring me any solution for me when watching online. I try to build for Flash Player 11.4 up to 9 without change, but sometimes to get the simulator so window build for AIR iOS, but get the same result.

  The only change I noticed on my system is Java Monday made me move to 7. I think I can run Java 6.0.36 before this update. But I'm not sure that Java is at fault because another project run on my computer and my project has been tested on a computer running Java 7 and 6. Also, in my attempt to make this work I uninstall all java on my computer, and note that the new project working, always worked without java. If java is necessary so that the compiler? I also try to add memory to the jvm. ini file since I have a problem with that under CS5.5. No change. Reinstallation of Flash CS6 also has not changed anything.

  Adobe support told me it was a known issue with many other clients, but couldn't give me more information or point me to a discussion forum related to my problem.   Just a shot in the water - try to check your paths of construction to the SWC and source code directories. Also, what happens if you move to another directory on this computer and compile it?

• iMovie for iOS iphone 6 iMovie 'some of the videos in this project must be uploaded to the cloud '.

  Help!  I love editing videos on my iPhone 6, but suddenly when I try to edit a film in the folder "projects" on my phone, I get an error message everytime that says "some of the videos in this project must be uploaded to the cloud."  Fine.  Very good-not much, I received this message before.  But it's almost every element in the montage, and worse yet... they never end downloaded, so I can't access it.  I'm not talking that they download even when I leave it alone overnight.

  I've looked everywhere I can think of is somehow cloud-ish (?) nothing works.  I do not know where are these clips and why this is happening now, when he has never before.  At this point I didn't even care - I want to just download the clips and store them on my phone instead of the cloud, so I can end this very sensitive time in video editing.

  Thanks for your question.  Looks like you have videos that are not stored on your iPhone that you want to edit with iMovie for iOS.  You have iCloud library enabled with the option "optimize"?  If so, the videos are stored in iCloud instead of on your device to save space.

  iCloud photo library automatically keep each photo and video you take in iCloud, so you can access your library from any device, anytime you want. And any changes made to your collection on a single device, change on other devices.

  iCloud library keeps all your photos and videos in their version original high resolution. You can save space on your device when you turn on the storage optimize.

  On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

  1. Go into settings.
  2. Tap on iCloud > Photos.
  3. Choose [device] Optimize storage.

• Project disappeared after that put 10.2.3 update

  Yesterday morning, I upgraded 10.2.3 and then started working on a new project. Today I continued my work and then, when the program was lagging behind a bit, I closed and reopened. The project was empty. The event, all the imported data and selections that I had dragged my calendar were still there, but the project was completely empty.

  I tried to "Open the backup library", but although I had several backups available until days before, after opening a library later this morning (which was too empty), I got the gray selection by saying: "no available backup.

  What is going on? I lost all the hours of work? Is this a bug?

  I have a Time Machine backup, but I would restore not rather the whole system until last night just for this glitch.

  BTW, Time Machine can restore the items selected; you don't need to restore the system.

  I'm working on a 2011 MacBook Pro 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5 with 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3.

  I still have OS 10.7.5 and was told to update my OS in the middle of a very Long term documentary project which I hope at the end of this year. (I do not edit/rendering a lot on the laptop, just organize images to hand at the wide to a Publisher.) The laptop also has personal files, and even though I know I shouldn't do this, I'm stuck not being able to buy a new iMac because it would have the updated operating system, and as I understand it, I wouldn't be able to use FCP7).

  And Yes, I always use the FCP 7 and have already reduced sequences and have all the Organization of the project in FCP7.

  I know I'm running in trouble with the inability to upgrade, and as fast as I can go to the end, I want to be sure it's true that I can't upgrade my OS if I'm mid - FCP project. Anyone out there can confirm this?

  I need the hand out of a new editor who would like to update or change the editing systems, and I guess they will know more about all this... I just feel a little late and worried about the security and enforcement issues with always 10.7.5 and FCP 7.

  The operating system upgrade to another version can sometimes cause important disturbances, other times it works well and fine. Take a full bootable backup of your system to an external drive so you can cancel it if an upgrade problems. Time Machine backups are also useful, but they take longer to restore & are less convenient.

  If FCP 7 and your operating system works OK now I would leave him alone, the old adage applies - "If it's not broken, don't fix it."

  If you encounter other problems (such as inability to browse the sites you need because older browsers), then update, but don't forget that you have several days to investigate the fixation of what does not work.

  Personally I don't never upgrades of the OS in the workplace that pays the bills or is critical in other ways.

  P.S. Please indicate what OS you plan to use and if you have already purchased on the App Store. • When I open a message saved in projects and I need Ctrl + F (find) a Word, I can't. I really need this feature; It was there before, please bring it back!

  CTRL + F function works on messages in other folders, but I really need with messages in the project folder. I have a great message from project composed of grammatical issues and I need to visit often when I do my translation work. I was able to use Ctrl + F until a few days ago, and it has now disappeared. Please bring it back!
