  (1) in Device Manager > right click on the driver, and then select uninstall

  My sound card has been disabled when I install an automatic update for windows. There was an extra audio driver in Device Manager 'bluetooth AV audio' and audio peripheral anoither like this. After installation there is no sound coming out if my sound card was on the list of Device Manager. I followed several steps through windows help and support to solve the problem since seeing him on my laptop for mute also did not work. After you resolve the problem with the use of MICROSOFT FIX IT, it was fixed but this isn't the same quality that I get. Its volume is less eventhough volume: 100. The sound card that was originally installed on my laptop is "Conexant High definition SmartAudio HD2.
