Muse 2014.2 freezes when I try to open my site.

I have not updated my web site since August and today I needed to work on my site - but when opening the file, Muse crashes and I have to use the Task Manager to stop the program.  I tried opening the file various times, uninstalled Muse and re-installed without result.  I need to update my site for commercial purposes, and this causes me grief.  Please, I need help!

I suspect that the player 'not connected' was the problem. If the disc has been completely unavailable, the operating system will allow to Muse that know enough quickly. However, if it is there, but has some sort of protection from the connection, Muse was probably left waiting for the connection and appears thus suspended until the connection has occurred or some very long timeout has expired.

    I have a core duo of Satellite P200 with 2 GB of memory. Quite often, when I try to open a screen ieplorer the screen freezes and becomes white. When I look at the performance of the computer it tells me the CPU runs at 100% and physical memory to just 50%. Would be to increase the memory of 4GBhelp or is there anything else I should try?

    Generally, for all OS 2 GB memory should be enough and in my opinion, an upgrade to 4 GB is necessary only if you run programs (e. g. games) they need a lot of memory.

    Akuma wrote, I think that a toolbar of the software or something else is causing the high CPU usage so delete.
    Also, make sure that you use a newer version of Internet Explorer.

    This site is already LIVE and need to make a few updates for today... I sent to muse-support@adobe.com attach the screenshot and the MUSE FILE.

    Their response is not clear... I don't know if they're going to do something or I need to do something in addition to what I sent... Please, I have a compromise with my client and I feel totally supported by you.

  • Help! Muse 2014.3 crashes when I try to record my .muse file

    I have the latest version of Muse [2014.3] since the update, that the application crashes repeatedly at the slightest "provocation."

    I'm building a site of several Web pages for a client and brought the last house file [I'd worked on at my desk]. One or two of the necessary image files updated, I did. When I tried to save the updated file I got [and get] a fatal error.

    Reads the error message: "Dangling Ref or the property: BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID '.

    Then, the application crashes and I have to force quit. This is the case on several occasions and the dialogue says nothing about how to fix those errors [3 error image perhaps, given that the current crashes happen after update images?]. I am in a serious time crunch now, hHow can I recover my file to continue working on this project and what is the cause of the problem? Someone help me?

    This version of Muse is really as unstable?

    Hi Fabia,

    I think that I fixed it over the weekend. But, interestingly, my problem was too much the images inside the compositions.

    I did something similar to you, where I'm not Muse to date when the file opens, [which caused the crash of the]. Instead, I find the images in the active panel, open in Photoshop and re-recorded the. Then I imported and saved after each of them. It seemed to work.

    For me, "container" has apparently been OK, I had the background fill together against zero anyway, so motivated that there could be a problem with one of the seven images [seven in my case, but which, or maybe all?]. Since then, I was able to add content and save normally and this morning, I was able to allow the customer to see the progress of the site, as promised.

    Help! I just received the Treo Pro 2 weeks and the other day I tried to open Internet Explorer, and it froze my phone. I tried to soft resets and that thaws it enough for me to do e-mail and other applications on the phone, but every time I try to open Internet explore, it just hangs. Anyone had similar problems?

    I suggest you do a hard reset on the device to see if that fixes the problem. The case opposite and you are still within your 30 days I'd have unit replaced at the store.

  • Captivate 5 v. freezes when I try to open the variable window

    Works on Windows 7, I need to change one of my variables. So I click on project-> Variables...

    Captvate freezes. Accepts no input whatsoever. It's as if the variable dialog box are hidden. I tried stop Captivate from the Task Manager, says TM program (Captivate) expects inpu and I shouldn't stop there. TM suggests that the switch of Captivate. Yes. Captivate displays his "this project has changed, do you want to save, exit without save changes or cancel". At least it answers. But I try to access the variable dialog box again will this time through the creation of a tip action and clicking the Variables button there. Same effect.

    I was running to two monitors, a laptop, the other a regular monitor. I changed my settings of the monitor to use only the computer laptop, thinking that perhaps Captivate (or Windows) throws the dependent variable dialog somehow. However, the gel will happen again.

    It's out of the blue. I don't have do or change anything, as far as I know that would cause this behavior.

    You can solve this problem by renaming the folder 'com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3' to 'com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.3_old '.

    You can find the file in the following location

    Finder > go > go to folder > type ~/library/preferences > press return

    This will take you to the preferences folder, and you can easily locate the folder.

    (Please make sure you leave Muse while that rename the folder)

  • Firefox crashes when loading websites, freezes when I try to download any file and completely freezes when I try to access the Options menu. Help!

    As he says, I had a difficult time with Firefox lately, and I think that it's corrupted. I tweaked the settings according to the suggestions on this forum and others like him, but they made the problem worse. I've updated to the latest version of the browser that has not helped, and I finally tried the "Reset Firefox" button, which was worse than anything. I lost my custom settings and Add-ons for nothing, the problem persists.

    More frustrating is that it completely crashes whenever I click on tools > Options, so I'm not able to make changes to this new configuration.     Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

    Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

    1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
    2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
    3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:

        • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

      • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
