• Portege Z930-10F - broken the screen twice in just 3 months

  I am user of laptop for 12 years. On 30 July, I bought my Portege Z930, thinking it was my best decision for many years.
  Less than a month later, at the opening of the screen during a flight, it s simply broken the screen, it is impossible to use the most.

  It's really amazing story and I think you're the first person who says something like that.
  Portege Z930 has long been on the market and I have never heard of these issues.
  Please don t get me wrong, but it is really strange that happening already three times.

  I saw this machine and all the construction seems pretty stable for me. When you open the screen, I hope that your fingers are placed in the middle of the display panel and not by the side. The pressure on the hinges of the screen coverage must be the same. If you want to display on one side only, I can imagine that something like this can happen, but it shouldn't t.

  Portege series is one of the best portable Toshiba s business so I think that the Toshiba and technicians designer take very seriously and I can't imagine that they make this mistake of design.

  I still have some old Portege 2000 and it was lighter for laptop at this time with very sensitive display and the hinges of the screen cover, but there is no problem at all.

  We can discuss here everyday and I really hope that someone with the Portege even can post experiences, but all of that, that you try to clarify with Toshiba. Be careful when you open and hold the display in the Middle only.

• Muse site has recently developed questions

  I worked on a site of Muse for several months now. I publish via BusinessCatalyst so that my client can display the progress of the site. Everything was going well and in the process of completion. However, since last week, the form of menu and footer of the site are biased and misaligned. The pages look good in preview of the Muse, but are not correct on BusinessCatalyst. Nothing I don't work to correct the problem. I hope that this new problem will correct itself once uploaded to the FTP host. Has there been an update that could caused this? I also tried to download an older version of Muse to see if that helps. I was unable to get it to downloaded (repeated errors).

  It seems that your Muse preferences was broken somehow. Please rename these two files:

  In "~/Library/Preferences" Rename "com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.1" to "old com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.1".

  In '~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC' Rename '2015.1' to 'old 2015.1.

  The "~" (tilde) in the text above is important. Copy and paste the entire string into the dialog box ' go > go to folder "in the Finder or otherwise be certain that the"Library"folder you look into is that of your user folder.

  If rename these two files gets rid of the error, I would be grateful if you take the time to their zip and send them too us so we can take a look at what has been mutilated and cause this error. Thank you.

• A table Widget in Adobe Muse?

  The table isn't a problem... you can do that in Muse or simply point to one you already have. your problem is to have the database performed using the code php... it works, but it has an * to use... you have this list control in the House or some 3rd party updates movies etc. for you?

• How can I remove shadow in the page master Muse?

  Discovered this problem caused. In my master page - even without selecting something - the graphic style of an element with a shadow was applied, accidentally. I changed the graphic style in the whole of the page master to 'none' and that did the trick. Problem solved.

  I know that this problem was supposed to be solved with a previous update, but I use Muse with Mac OS Mavericks and I can't select a text without freezing Muse box.   Muse is simply suspended without any error message? Looks like we will need to take a look at your file and try to reproduce and diagnose the shot.

• Need advice with card problem mother strange network card.

  I have a question that is probably some kind of motherboard or power supply problem.
  The card connects with 72.2 Mbit for my wireless router mbit and 100 with the Integrated NIC.
  
  Right now I have bars of 4 out of 5 on the scale of connection and the router just outside the door, but when I try the card against the bredbandskollen.se it never give me more then 4 Mbps download and upload of 16-20. For now, it's 1.6 Mbit download and 8 Mbits upload both with radio and network card.
  
  All other computers on the network will download speed normal 25-55, laptops and other Pavilion with GFX and solid power supply.
  
  I even went up to buy a wireless extension, which can also be used with the thread, but the problem still there never more then download 4-5 Mbps.
  
  I have warranty still, but I feel stupid about the problem because the card is connected with the right speed to the network.
  
  But the rate of download and upload is far away.  And I'm sure that they will conclude that it is connected to good speed when they try against a router, but that's all the download and upload that seem to simply broken. I reinstalled OS even tried other external wireless card but the problem persists.

  TL; DR: My computer keeps thinking that the ctrl key is pressed when it is not. Is there a way to solve this problem permanently, or my keyboard is simply broken?

  Today, I turned on my computer and the start screen where it tells the brand of computer and all ordered options and avoidance for the analyses of the system has really had much time to disappear and load the OS screen. I been a little perplexed and worried about it, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

  Just in case, I did a virus scan with my Avast! Free antivirus and it tells me there is no problem with my computer. My unstable feeling, put at ease, it seemed OK to me. I open windows live messenger and tried to start talking to my friend, but it wouldn't let me type. Switch to Firefox, because I tried to find a solution, I found that I couldn't type out there either because all these windows as save the page and find jump upward.

  I discovered by pulling my on screen keyboard that my ctrl key has been locked, even if I wasn't pressing it at all. I temporarily fixed several times by pressing the CTRL on the keyboard on the screen or by pressing the right CTRL key on the physical keyboard several times, but only one of the two could never work. I determined that it was left CTRL that was causing the problem.

  Now my left ctrl key has had a history of bad luck with me. First the PAC itself came out a year ago, and then the little spongy rubber under a thing done as well. But the button still works if I press on the space where the key used to be. I don't know if the missing key could be part of the problem, but I doubt it because it has never been a problem before.

  I checked my settings, and sticky keys is not the problem. I doubt the sticky keys would be able to assign the same computer outside the OS anyway. I can't find a button or setting change to get this to stop, and the CTRL just randomly sticks again on the computer without warning, even when I'm not in contact with the laptop at all. It's really in the way of myself using my laptop, since I can't even type easily. Writing even this message was very difficult, given that the SHIFT is very inclined to press ctrl as well for some reason any, but which may or may not be the fault of the absence of a case key for my key Ctrl. As I was saying before, however, that the absence of Carter has never been a problem, even when I used Shift.

  My computer keyboard has changed often other languages for this reason also, and I had to go into my settings and erase all my shortcuts for changes of language because of this problem.

  You can try these steps and see if it helps.

  Step 1:

  Try pressing both keys CTRL left and right at the same time and see if that release CTRL.

  Step 2:

  a. go to start / settings / control Panel / Accessibility Options Options /Keyboard.

  b. turn off CTRL lock if it is enabled.

  c. If this solves and to avoid future problems, press "settings".

  d. disable "Press modifier key twice to lock.

  e. turn "disable automaintenues keys if 2 key at the same time." Or disable "use shortcut".

  When I run the router installation CD cannot locate the internet connection.  I ping the router so what gives?   I use a Motorola Surfboard modem. My local PC works fine on internet.  My PC wireless remote has little or no connectivity.  I had Ethernet cables with no luck.  Any ideas?

  Thank you very much for your help!  Follow-up instructions solved the "limited or no connectivity."  Unfortunately, I still can't connect to internet on my wireless computer.  I followed all the instructions about the cloning Mac, IP release and renew, resets, etc..  The status page has an internet IP address.  I'm starting to think that the router is simply broken.

• Msinfo32/SHOWCATEGORIES does not work

  In the previous version of Windows (2000, XP, 2003) you can type MSINFO32 /SHOWCATEGORIES open MSINFO32 and view a list of the names of categories that could be used on the command line with the /CATEGORIES switch to restrict a report to just these catorgories.

  In Windows 7 and Vista, it seems as if the /SHOWCATEGORIES pass and /CATEGORIES switch as ignored and MSINFO32 works like normal display categories.

  It has been possible to open MSINFO32 and view a list of category names which could then be used on the command line with the switch /CATEGORIES to limit only the categories, a report. But it is not possible to do under Windows 7. For more information, see the article mentioned below.

• Elan Touchpad not working not
