  The version you make reference to is the XML version. What to change is the node called "versionNumber".

  So, try to replace 1.0.0 1.0.1.

  (a) click Start, type cmd, do a right click on cmd , and then click run as administrator.

  (b) at the prompt, type:

  (c) after typing the command that State would be available. Check if the status is enabled or disabled.

  (d) if the status is disabled, then try typing this command:

  ewfMgr c:-activate

  (e) press enter and restart the computer, because EWF Manager commands are executed the next time you start, you must restart the system for a command to be taken into account.

  I work in a German version of my (very large) RoboHelp project, when all of a sudden, the project has stopped accepting any exit, close, or save commands. I will not say that it has stopped responding, because I could always make changes to the table of contents, import subject .htm, open/close the theme files and basically do everything EXCEPT opening and closing of the project manager directories, save or close or exit RoboHelp project.

  So, basically, I had to use the end task task manager and stop RoboHelp, which meant that I lost all changes to my project.

  When I tried to re - open my project, I got the error message ".cpd corrupted", then I deleted the .cpd and re-open the project. Sent back me to the original question - unable to get out, close, or save project. I tried to copy the .xpj and the .cpd of an earlier copy of this project, but not luck.

  How to break this terrible cycle?

  I think I found the problem. The project settings were set for the appropriate language. I had copied the .cpf of the Spanish version of the project above to see if it would make a difference and the project went very well, but when I generated using, I noticed that the tabs in the frameset, such as contents, Index and search, were in Spanish.

  I checked the properties of the project German and discovered that the language of the project was set to Spanish, rather than German. Once I changed the language of basis for the whole project, I stopped to meet the problem.

  Muse syncs to the last version saved or published to the site, so if the file or the site is updated from your end as last then it will not show the changes made since the end of your client.

  Best approach would be not to use the PayPal widget and instead copy and paste the PayPal code embedded in an object > object to insert the HTML in Muse. This way you can edit the HTML code to embed PayPal code from Muse and without having to modify the exported code.

  Hi, I'm new and try the 'Upload to the FTP host' function yesterday and encountered this problem.

  The files got uploaded, published on the site immediately... but Muse seems to screw up a bit after that. I can't save my file as I am only left with file > open recent element and a few others not. I tried to close the program, he asked if I want to save the file. I clicked 'Yes', but he has not saved.   Please download the http://muse.adobe.com/assets/ftp2014fix.zipfile, unzip it and save the figure ftpPrefs.xml file to the following location:

  On Windows: %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe CC\2014.0 Muse (you can type in the path bar at the top of the Windows Explorer window)

  On Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe CC/2014.0 Muse (you can type in the dialog box go to the folder by using shift-command-G)

  Muse uses extended FTP Mode Passive (EPSV). This is the preferred mode for optimal performance, but we find that some hosts have configured FTP servers such as EPSV is not supported or EPSV only works if you are inside the firewall as well as the FTP server. The ftpPrefs.xml file that precedes, turns off EPSV mode. So if this is the problem in this case, implementation of this file should allow you to properly connect and download without errors.

  Often times I will open VI and maybe I clicked through or navigate the block schema tab controls...

  In any case - LabView does not allow me not to save these changes, which then makes it look like I edited the VI.

  Is there a way where I can click to NOT SAVE when I close, rather than to rely on when I have to close the project and then I hope that I can remember that I've changed and who I just opened for reference?
