Music in gray: unavailable article - this article cannot be read

I get this error that drives me crazy, I had a lot of songs greyed out with error point is not available. I tried to look for a solution and read some of the previous discussions, tried ALL of them, toggle iCloud library - Sign out/in - uncheck/check songs on iTunes... etc.

Here is some information on my library:

  1. Subscribe to Apple's music, although these songs are NOT added to apple's music.
  2. Previous iTunes corresponds to the Subscriber.
  3. an iPhone, iPad and iMac are all connected to the same library and all have the same problem with the same songs.

I don't know if my game expired subscription iTunes is causing these disorders because those songs were downloaded in fact when my subscription

hoping to find a solution here-

Well, I have a long history on this, more the solution.

One day, I turn on my iPhone and make the message "Subscribe to Apple Music!" I was already registered, so I clicked on the link to see what is happening. Of course, he told me that I am already subscribed. I don't think anything of it until later, when I find most of my (mostly ripped to my own CD) music in gray and quotes from Abdulziz message "Item is not available."

I tried to synchronize. It wouldn't sync. I tried to restore the software on my iPhone. Still wouldn't sync. So I called Apple and was on the phone with an advisor for six hours with a few short breaks. She could not solve it. A program sent to processes save to my computer and she said she would send to software engineers and get back to me within 48 hours. (She also promised a $100 gift certificate when it was resolved).

No response after 48 hours. I called Apple and they said that engineers were still working on it. So I tried a few things myself. First I tried to use home sharing to move the music. No dice, the little circle hung up to half way through. I tried sharing the music of an old computer that I have and then sync to my iPhone. Shared music ok, but still a time would not synchronize (got hung up "Preparing to copy", or "Apply changes.")

He told me that the problem was with my iPhone or my music library. I plugged a (very) old iPod touch on my computer to see if she could synchronize my iTunes library. Of course, in 10 minutes the entire library has been synchronized. Then I tried with my iPad. Yet once, 10 minutes it's done.

So I plugged in my iPhone, click on "Software restore" and then "restore as new iPhone." I ALSO refused copy the settings (which was the difference in the first restoration). Then, as soon as the iPhone has been to respond to all, I synced my music successfully. I made 'Show Apple Music' has been extinguished, and that 'iCloud music' was leaving. I will never use either of these two monsters again! Then I finished the synchronization and added my apps back, and now everything works.

Apple reports that software engineers are still working on it, even though I told them that it is resolved. They won't give me my $100 until engineers check.

I'll subscribe to Spotify.

    Hey there,

I had this problem two minutes ago, but I managed to fix it. During the synchronization of your iPhone to iTunes, your phone is unlocked? Mine was and the music was grayed out, I tried the lock phone and disconnect it from the computer and then plug it back again. The music is fine and everything is back to normal.

First of all: what kind of machine do you have and what operating system is installed on your laptop? Without this information, no one would be able to help you.

Regarding your problem: I could check this site-> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943104/ or check this document-> http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B314060&x=12&y=13 (I know, is not the error code of your question, but you can try anyway :))

  • iCloud music library playlists can include music from your music library to iCloud. This playlist cannot be downloaded, because it includes other types of media or songs that are not eligible

Some Audio files are not eligible in icloud library, how can I force icloud to copy in my iphone. They are legitimate files (audio course)

The elements should be considered as songs (music).  They must be your music iTunes library.  If they are categorized as another type of media (through iTunes), as a podcast or an audio book, you cannot then put on a playlist that is in your music to iCloud library.

The song file may not exceed 200 MB.  The song should not be longer than 2 hours.  The song encoding cannot be 96 Kbps or less.

If your audio elements (like songs) are not eligible, you will be able to modify them to make them eligible.  How depends on the reason to be ineligible.  Alternatively, if you have iTunes classify 'song' as a podcast or an audio book, you can load them on the iPhone the 'old school' way, live sync.  To change the category of the item in the window to read the information of the element (in the Options tab) change Media kind of music Podcast or audiobook.

iCloud music library playlists can include music from your music library to iCloud. This playlist cannot be downloaded, because it includes other types of media or songs that are not eligible.

What does that mean? I have iTunes game and not really encountered problems previously? I don't understand why I get this message? I'm just trying to create a playlist. Other playlists seem to be OK?

    Hello

The playlist includes either a music file not for example PDF or a music file that is not eligible. Add iCloud status column to your playlist (view of the song) and it will tell you what is unacceptable.

    Hi AnaSk,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) remember to make changes?

The Code 10 error applies mainly to the problems of hardware driver and devices or compatibility problems between the drivers of equipment and additional software that is installed in Windows.

Download and install the latest drivers from the computer's network adapter or the website of the manufacturer of the device.

  • Get a Code 10 error "this device cannot start' for my optical drive

    Hello

I am running a Dell Studio 540 with the following specifications:

    Processor: Intel Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz

    RAM: 4 GB

HD: 750 GB 7200 RPM SATA

    Graphics card: nVidia 9800GT 512MB

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

All the drivers and BIOS are up-to-date.

My current optical drive is an Optiarc DVD +-RW AD-7200 s ATA Device Unit which has now disappeared from "My Computer". By opening the Device Manager, it has a small yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside. When I click on it that a new window will open and in the device status area, he said:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Currently, I have tried two methods without success. First, I downloaded the latest drivers/firmware for the optical drive directly from the Dell Web site, but to try to install, I get an error box saying that the "target drive is not properly".

I also ran the Mats_Run.devices of the Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting services who correctly identified the problem, but said he could not address them and directed me to these forums.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your time,

    Hello

The Code 10 error code is generated when the Device Manager has not enough information or error that spread upwards by device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. In addition, this error may occur if one of the pilots who needs the unit does not start. If multiple drivers are used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine which failed.

As you have already tried updating the drivers for the device, you can just go through the article that talks about the Code 10 error.
