  Hi all, I have a storm with Verizon and a Rhapsody to go membership. I have a lot of songs that are synchronized in the phone and all of a sudden this morning it will not play any of them. Everything is normal, it allows me to select a song and it acts as if she will play and freezes. I did 3 shots of physical battery and ran Quickpull once. Nothing seems to help. I've never had this happen. I don't receive any errors or anything the phone is just sitting there.

  Apparently all of a sudden and without any changes to my computer my sound stopped working. The sounds of Windows pointer are working but no music. I tried Itunes and streaming from a radio station, but nothing helped.

  I'm on a mac and have set up a slide show. I checked the box 'soundtrack', then choose a playlist of my iTunes library, but when I hit play in LR, the images work fine, but there is no music. I checked my speakers and they play end music directly from iTunes, so I know this isn't the problem.

  Please try a new reading list, with just a few tracks on this subject (should be plenty for most slide shows). Exit, then restart both itunes and LR in between.

  I hope that someone has had a similar problem and a solution!  I tried resetting the phone (5s, latest ios etc...) to factor settings, setting back via iCloud backup, reset connections network again, you name it!  Basically, I play all my music (which was more often downloaded from my PC at home using iTunes game, as I already had a vast collection of CDs before buying my first phone) via a wifi connection and have had zero problems (using various home wifi connections) and besides... until a week ago.  Today, only some beaches (and incredibly, they can vary from day to day...) on some albums (in general, not an entire album, either...) won't play - he simply "jump through" them.  However, I can upload them on my phone (on the same wifi connection, you mind) and they will play very well!  Obviously, however, I don't want to (can't - much too) to download all my songs to play!  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

  Make sure that your device is updated... Sometimes new songs are not compatible with the old software.

  Thank you for asking your question here in Apple Support communities. I understand you want to be able to play your music. I can't do anything without my music all day. Let me give you what I can to help you solve this and get your music to play on the iMac.

  I don't want to bring music to Apple implemented correctly first. Apple's music composition only allows you to stream music from Apple on one device at a time, unless you have a family membership.   Just spoke with Apple 17/05/16 Support 15: 40 EDT.  According to the technical support, the option "Reset plays" has been removed from the Version 12.4 by design and should not be sent back to this or later versions.  Guess I'll try and find a 3rd party that supports this option.  Thank you APPLE for thinking about your users.
