  I use RingCentral to my office PBX, which sends me voice messages by email as an mp3 attachment. Since the last update to iOS, I can't listen to these attachments on my iPhone 6s unless I am connected to WiFi. I checked all my settings and can not find everything that's out of the ordinary or that would interfere with playing on the cell data. I recently turned on Wi - Fi help, so I wonder if that has something to do with it, or is this a bug in the last update? In addition, it gets weirder.   Try going into settings > cellular > and under cellular data using for please be sure that the music is set on IT.

  Apparently all of a sudden and without any changes to my computer my sound stopped working. The sounds of Windows pointer are working but no music. I tried Itunes and streaming from a radio station, but nothing helped.

  Just got a new Sansa Fuze 4 GB after my other a little dust. Not yet sure about what happened, he froze just. I just upload the new 4 CD and alls for this is a continuous cycle through the songs and not play anything. Also radio plays either. Tried to put the headphones in and out and nothing works.

  It could also mean that the music files may be in the incorrect file format. Try to use the Windows Media Converter (or whatever it is) and convert files to wma format. WMA should work fine.

  Hi all, I have a storm with Verizon and a Rhapsody to go membership. I have a lot of songs that are synchronized in the phone and all of a sudden this morning it will not play any of them. Everything is normal, it allows me to select a song and it acts as if she will play and freezes. I did 3 shots of physical battery and ran Quickpull once. Nothing seems to help. I've never had this happen. I don't receive any errors or anything the phone is just sitting there.

  I'm on a mac and have set up a slide show. I checked the box 'soundtrack', then choose a playlist of my iTunes library, but when I hit play in LR, the images work fine, but there is no music. I checked my speakers and they play end music directly from iTunes, so I know this isn't the problem.

  Please try a new reading list, with just a few tracks on this subject (should be plenty for most slide shows). Exit, then restart both itunes and LR in between.

  It seems that songs are not actually downloaded to your phone. To avoid any confusion on what is on your phone or not, activate 'Only downloaded music'. To do this, open the music application and go to the music of my tab click on the button that says: artists, Albums, songs, music videos, Genres, composers, or Compilations. Tap on "Only the music downloaded" so that the switch is in green.

  Now the only music displaying the app will be those stored on your phone. You may need to download your songs again.

  This problem has been who is rampant in me for these days. So I come home from a study of the year abroad to the Japan, and put a new SIM card in my iPhone 6 when I got home. I saw the bars, and LTE. Data cell was lit, I never turned it off. But every time I want to try to use internet or anything requiring internet, my phone there is no link, and I had to activate cellular data or connect to the Wifi. I went to Verizon, they said, they didn't know what to do. I went to Apple, and they did not either.

  The strange thing is my phone doesn't work if I restore it. If I connect to my computer, ti go iTunes and hit "Restore iPhone" and start over, the internet works. So I backed up my phone before I do, only to find out that if I restore the backup and then my internet stops working again. Now I don't bother me restore my phone. The only problem with that is, if I do I lose all my photos. I have about 10,000 photos and videos on my iPhone I need to upload them to Facebook, some I want to keep my phone without worrying. I backed up, wiped my phone and put the photos that all back, except that now they are in an album subtitled "on my Mac" and NOT in my Camera Roll.   More than likely, it is possible that the use of the foreign SIM card installed a profile on your device. When you restore the unit to the factory, you delete the profile, but restore your backup restores the profile. Many foreign SIMs for this.

  Go to settings > general and see if there are all the profiles listed. It may also have to with a carrier day missing on the device. With the full backup, you can check in settings > general > about and see what is listed under the carrier. If it is not Verizon, then there is a problem.

• Sometimes my iPad play a song without music launched App.

  This does not happen often, so I don't understand what I do to start this. But some times I use my iPad Air and about something (I think it's in this case) and it has nothing to do with music and music application is not launched, and all of a sudden, a song will randomly start playing.

  Check my Apps launched, the music is not on. The only way to stop it is to drag the menu screen from the bottom to the top and there, I'll see the song playing and I can pause.

  Nobody knows what this behavior is and how to stop it from happening, or why this is happening? Any info will be helpful.

  I've heard of that happening but never heard of the case. When you lift the control center and see the playback of the song you can what source music app? After listening to the music you double click the home button and drag up the application to ensure that it is closed. The music with their ability to play in the background apps are the only applications requiring this closure force to ensure that they are closed.
