My Apple Watch died suddenly

I bought a Apple Watch in December 2015 and yesterday he died suddenly. I have it plugged into its charger, but it does not turn on. Is it a problem that I can fix myself? If negative, I have another problem. I bought the product in the USA, but I live in the Qatar. It will be my next trip to the United States after expiration of the warranty.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    Hello

Try restarting your watch force: hold down the side button and the digital Crown for about 10 seconds, until you see the logo.

If this does not help, then try to charge your watch again for about 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the instructions from here:

After this period, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:

-Try to restart it (by pressing the side button until you see the Apple logo).

-If necessary, then try force it restarts again.

  • My Apple Watch zoom all of a sudden

My Apple Watch zoom only & not can not do anything to go back to a normal watch, pls help

    Hi Khaled

You have enabled (a function of accessibility) Zoom on your watch.

    • To turn off the Zoom:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > accessibility > Zoom - put it off.
      • Or on your watch, go to: homescreen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > General > accessibility > Zoom - tap and enable / disable.
    • If the accessibility shortcut has been enabled and configured for the Zoom, you can also enable and disable functionality more conveniently:
      • On your watch: quickly press the digital Crown (the round button) three times.
    • To set up accessibility shortcuts:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > General > accessibility > accessibility shortcut (bottom) > select / deselect Zoom.

  • Need to backup my Apple Watch, I don't want to reset

I have a new iPhone. My previous iPhone died from water damage. My latest backup did not include data from health or regarding my Apple Watch. If I try to pair my Apple Watch to my new iPhone, it seems I have to reset the watch and lose all my data (15 months)! I really don't want to lose my data and training, as well as the health of my Apple Watch, but now I can't pair it with my iPhone.

    What can I do?

    Hello

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do.

Historical data of health and activity are stored on your iPhone paired, not on the watch.

If you do not have a backup of your previous iPhone (from which to restore your new iPhone), you can retrieve no historical data.

You will need to erase content and settings on your watch and pair it with your new iPhone:

    • On your watch: go to the home screen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > general > reset > erase content and settings.
    • Then pair your watch to your new iPhone: configure your Apple Watch - Apple Support

  • Will there be a pinch to zoom on my Apple Watch?

Is there a pinch to zoom in the Apple on my Apple Watch software? Mine is suddenly requiring a restart, forced about once a day. This can be at any time all due to extreme zoom on my Apple Watch, very often during the lock. He will give me only part of a number on the lock screen.

    It makes me crazy.

I tried to reverse, but still comes to a reboot forced, the software is watchOS 2.2.2. I bought mine on May 26, 2015.

    Hello

    The following steps should help:

    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > general > accessibility > Zoom - put it off.
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > general > accessibility > accessibility shortcut (bottom) > deselect the option to Zoom.
  • Apple Watch lights even if the load.

I don't use my Apple Watch to indicate the time, when I get home from work at 3:30, it is 88%, never taken in the shower, and 07:00, it works always, usually, when I wake up at 7:00, it is 100% and runs to 49% at 23:59. Now, even if I just use it as I usually do, but it was broken, and I can't understand why it happened. I have AppleCare on the Apple Watch, but when I load it, it will appear the Apple Logo and I never really use my watch today, only to check on me, but I don't know that he died. It is only 5 months old. It is a black steel, had an edition as my first.

It's also hot after I load it.
