  PES 11, there is only one basic theme, but if you look at the controls along the bottom, there should be some layouts on the right side. Click on that and it should give you a few variations. You can have more than one, two or three photos layouts. Double-click a page layout to make it active.

When the compilation is finished I have donwloaded the .ipa file and added to my iTunes. After I sync my iPad icon appears but when I launch the App its show me the splash screen, but not the content of folio. In the index, I can see all the spaces that the app / folio needs for all items but not market show the content in any way. The .ipa file is 115 MB, so... must be something inside...

  More than likely your MBP has a hardware problem that cannot be properly addressed at an Apple store genius bar.

  You can try to reinstall an OSX, but I doubt if that will be successful.

  I fixed it! I used the string analyze function waiting in the Task Manager while opening a PDF file and have to wait 12 seconds... and it showed that the wait chain has been blocked by the Speech SDK. So I went to my Plugins of PDF from Adobe folder, which in my case is C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins and delete the plugin ReadOutLoud.api. (I had to close all instances of Acrobat DC first, and I had to also click the UAC Popup Windows application approval raised to remove the plugin) Now... instant Adobe Acrobat DC charge!

  Simply touch and drag down to the bottom of the screen. You will then see just the arrow ^ (you can change this way of 0 to 3 lines of icons). Then, when you tap on the bar with the arrow, you will get your full screen, the icons back.

  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.
