• Vista plays only 63 seconds of the first song to an audio cd and then goes at the end.

  Vista will play only the first 63 seconds of an audio cd then jump through to the end. This occurs using either media player or itunes. The disc information appears.  My cd set in my other computer which has XP. My DVD/CD ROM works fine for the mp3 discs and installed software. My cd is clean, I have AutoPlay activated.   Help, please

• Win7x64 Home Premium does support double physical CPU (Xeon 3.4) with HT - to see only two graphics in the CPU monitor.

  I have a workstation Dell Precision 670 with dual Xeon 3.4 GHz CPU with Hyperthreading.  I installed Windows 7 x 64 home premium and now cannot see two processors/cores in the system monitors backed up by the release of Registry.  This means that two physical processors or hyperthreading is not supported by Home premium.  I didn't know that this referred to in one of the official literature I've read (and I thought that all the flavors supports two physical processors).  Can clarify you if it of Dual CPU support or lack of support of HT for my processor (I think they're Prescotts of memory).

  Here is the result of a record query, it seems to list the two physical processors and not virtual cores HT.

  (Turning things and disable in bios), I confirmed that I see in the Task Manager, msinfo and CUP-z 1 physical processor with 2 threads.  BUT in Device Manager I see all processors & carrots (4) and all report that they function normally.  So it seems to me there is a missing communication between the end user of things and what is seen in the Device Manager.  I tried the option in msconfig to force 2 CPUs, but that made no difference.

  You need Pro see two physical CPU slots, double or not.

  Here's the deal - the SIMPLE APP pricing for an individual is retail $ 19.95 / month, so your 'first only' would be $19.95

  For students, Adobe does not give a discount on the price of the single app - on the contrary, they give you EVERYTHING for the price of the only application of mo $19,95. !!! Seems to be a no-brainer for me.

  You say you want only first, but once you start editing, you will realize that it is really useful to be able to make a round trip to Photoshop to work on photos/graphics. And then you will have some bad audio you want / need to clean up a little, and you can make a round trip in Adobe Audition and so on. It's a good deal for students.

  Could check you whether YouTube is to serve its HTML5 player or the player based on Flash? If you right click on the drive, short a context menu should appear.   Your machine has only two accounts: admin and guest. I saw a few messages before which the poster makes an additional account on the log on screen that does not exist. Since there is not, it cannot be used.

  Also note that you play a game at high risk, having only one administrator account. This forum deals daily with posters including one and only the admin account went bad for one reason or other.
