my case is open for almost a month now!

I can't believe that my case could not return to normal. I is is open for a month now. I followed several times and contacted the support as well. I was always told she was or degenerated or I'll have the answer in the next 24 hours (when I contacted supported for the first time about this case none was open to all!). But none of those that happened! I have to run after her all the time. Get the ridiculous. I use Adobe CC for my job and I feel like I have adobe is letting me down. Last thing I want is to finish without my tools.

Someone at - it of the same problems with support? Or in the past? Hot to make a difference?

    The first thing to do is start the Utility Manager tasks (right click on the task bar) and check what you have running, as well as the process what CPU they use.   • Windows 7 - new update - Code 646 - that occur repeatedly for about a month now

    Hi all!

    I use Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. For the last month, my automatic updates continually seem to fail with an error Code 646. My only option so far has been to manually download the updates myself.

    Just curious to know if anyone knows if there is some kind of problem that MS is currently studying, or if there is a fix out there somewhere that I forgot. Let me know if any information is needed to help solve this problem and I'll give you a pleasure all necessary information!

  • Guaranteed issue lasts for over a month now, no response from HP

    HP claims that the product warranty has expired despite having purchased this product less than a year ago. I put in a dispute claim the site, and emailed them twice and repeatedly called technical support. It has been a month now and they still have not yet sent / called me to confirm that they are working on my problem.

    Whenever I called HP, they assure me that they escalated the issue to the highest authority and that I will receive a call within 48 hours, but they said that whenever I called last month.  I have same fwd had HP one e-mail that they sent me when they replaced my product the first month I got it.  This replacement is what seems to be the problem, the number of the original product is different from the current, but they both show as expired despite my purchase in December 2012 (the product has a guarantee of one year).

    What should I do to get HP to recognize my litigation guarantee?  It comes to unsatisfactory customer service.

I tried to install the application for months and without success. Chrome works fine with the same application on the same computer.   • For almost a month and have yet to get my problem is resolved.

    How long normally does? I was told 3 days, past 25 days now. I bought the month to month but canceled after 10 days because I got a prepaid gift. After confirming that my month to month has been cancelled, I bought the 12 months paid in advance, but which was also cancelled within 6 days. Has started a business on 4 December. No response since then.

  • TB was quick and sensitive for a few months, now it says "not responding" constantly for about 60 seconds for each email load.

    Used to be 'ready' for a few seconds and I could click to e-mail without delay. Now, each e-mail takes a minute because TB says "not responding". Then displays the email. But when you click on the following e-mail, the same thing. So instead of clicking quickly through e-mails, it takes ten minutes to watch ten emails. I have not changed the operating systems or updated my computer but I let the updates of windows install. Always have.

    Forget to take the backup of files with CD.
    Please buy an external hard drive and use it to backup files. Today, a drive Ext. hard can be had for less than $100.
    Allow backing up regular files if you do not have to be present.

  • Adobe CC prepaid subscription works do not, do not receives an update of other technical support that they keep saying they will contact me within 24 hours a day for almost two weeks now.

  • For about seven months I have pop ups and tabs for the opening of their own, ask me questions and show me what I'm asking to be included.

    For about seven months now (as of June 2013) I have pop ups ask me a question private while hiding themselves, according to the results of my browsing. They are sometimes streaming 'news' and other stuff that I didn't ask for. It can also be tabs and not pop ups, which do the same thing. First I thought it was nice of 'infection', but all my screenings failed to detect anything by responding that my computer is clean. I have considered changing the browser, but my computer is low and lightweight browser, differently from one of Microsoft. So now I close just these things as quickly as possible. But, sometimes, when I walk, it shows all "movies" to anyone, while that losing my resources and quotas.

    I wonder if it is possible to get rid of this stuff. Is - this infection or part of the drawing or model? And where there is an "infection", is someone interested in studying in order to protect your browser against similar attacks in the future?

    Your "more details of the system" does not include any information about your extensions, but one who might be responsible.

    Could check you extensions not recognized on the page modules. Either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

    In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt that something is valid and useful, turn it off.

    Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

    Did that change the behavior of Firefox?

  • HP Pavilion g4-2235dx Notebook PC stuck on auto repair for a month now... Please help...

    so my laptop HP Pavilion g4-2235dx product number: C3Q50UA has been slain in automatic mode of repair for like a month now... it goes not far than this screen... the day it happened first I booted up & it real quickly flashed a blue screen that says my computer needs to reboot so itll restart itself for me then it rebooted & went to the screen hp for 10-15 minutes , then went to the automatic preparation of repair screen for about 2 hours, then the screen comes to have dark & remained like that all night... the next day I turned off the laptop & started again & it would be on the screen hp for a long time & id farm & turn on again, then he would start, restart itself then go to auto repair. If I stop it on the page of sutomatic repair then it would be just cranking up the hp screen & nothing else but if id shut down on the hp screen & turn it back on go to repair automatic page... back & suite back & rear returns & suite for days... Finally once a week or so, I gave up... i left on the page of auto repair for about 2 days directly plugged in so he would die just in case he might just need more time but 2 days was too long so I finally unplugged it & left on this page until the battery is dead & haven't touched since... Ive read some of the other posts on the loop of auto repair & what to do, but I don't want to lose all my stuff on the laptop as my images/videos(thought i saved them to skydrive but apparently i didn't complete the whole process to access my stuff from another windows 8 device)... I bought the used laptop & the warranty has already expired... any installation of windows 8 flash disk/drive. I have no recovery disk. so I have no way to replace my OS or recover my data that are already on this laptop... is there something I can do to get out of this dealie loop of auto repair without an installation/recovery disk/flash drive?

    You'll need a Windows 8 rescue flashdisk, HP usb recovery media or disk recovery in order to access the safe mode and the Startup Repair. The cost of a recovery of HP USB is not that much to around $ 30.00 USD. You can also ask a friend or relative whose computer has the same BONE to make a recovery of Windows 8 key for you.

    If you want to recover data from the hard disk before performing any repairs more, then you will need to remove the hard drive. You have the choice to start the installation in a usb enclosure, using a usb cable to power\sata or install temporarily to with a sata available on a desktop at home.

    Try signing out of iCloud, perform a restart forced and then signing to iCloud.

    Force restart: hold the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears.

  • System Restore Windows 8 has been restoring for almost 2 hours. How long should it take?

    New windows machine 8. Installed AVG anti-virus requiring a reboot. It wouldn't restart. Kept giving me the dpc_watchdog... error. (more & on & above) So I chose to do a system restore to last Friday. I saw him start & I left the room for a while.  He has been restoring for almost 2 hours now.     I understand that the system restore takes a long time to restore your computer.

    System restore usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the data has changed since the date of the restoration up to the date where the restoration is underway.
    If the computer is blocked, do a hard reset. Press the power button for about 10 seconds. Once the computer shuts down, stop and try again and follow the steps.

    Follow the steps mentioned below and perform a restore of the system from the Windows recovery environment. Check if it helps.

    (a) Insert the disc to install 8 Windows; Click on repair your system.
    (b) click the Advanced Boot Options.
    (c) click Start Windows settings.
    (d) If you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.
    ((e) (f) If you are using the Windows installation disc, click on system restore.
    (f) click about to restore during which the system worked very well.
    (g) click on apply, click OK.
