My client cannot open my file Adobe Muse CC 2015, even though we have both the version of the program.

This is my first time using the forums, so I apologize in advance if I've formatted this question somehow wrong.

I worked with one of my clients for the past two weeks. I created a simple website for him using Adobe Muse CC 2015. It is worth noting that I upgraded CC 2015 11 days through the creative cloud desktop application. It should also be noted that I have creative cloud for free via a subscription school.

Once the site is finished, I passed the file to my client, which also uses Adobe Muse CC 2015. Whenever we try to open the site, however, we are invited with the error: "this file Adobe Muse of the site requires a more recent version of the muse of adobe." My question is, why my client receives this error message when he himself has the Muse more up-to-date?

Your probable customer has Muse CC 2015 as well but not the latest version of it. There was an update there or then a few weeks ago. If your client has probably not updated.
