  There are some inconsistencies in your question:

  1. If you do not have 10.11.4 then you can not possible be eager to download iPhoto 9.4.3 because it does not work on El Capitan.  You'll need iPhoto 9.6.1.

  2 - If you get the message that iPhoto was bought under another Apple ID then he leads us to ask if you have purchased your new iMac or used?  Try to go on the App Store, sign out and then sign in with your Apple ID and see if you get the same message.

  I'm deploying an application Labview 2011 on 150 XP machines in various plants worldwide. Currently, all the machines still have an old 8.21 Labview runtime (+ old DAQmx). I sent a procedure to my colleagues in the plants so that they fit the new runtime environment (+ new DAQmx). For my part, I built a code to check my PC if a certain registry key is present on the PC 150 who told me that the new run installer or not.

  It works well but it does not say that the PC has restarted after the Setup has been run. If I do not have to restart the PC and try to run my Labview 2011 executable I get a long error message (NIDAQmx not registered,...).

  As it seems difficult to get the properties of a key to know when it was installed I was leaning rather to check whether or not a certain DLL (?) was recorded. But it's just a vague idea, and I don't know how to set it up.

  I enclose the code that I have and that works well, but cannot differentiate between Labview 2011 installed runtime and PC restarted or not.

  You could look for a file that would be created as part of the installation to determine date/time Setup (ini or another file created as part of the runtime support installed)

  Combine that with a request of availability of the station and you can calculate if the station was longer than the time since the installation. Not perfect, but should be possible...

  Opened a Web site and explore 9 close so I knew that I had a virus.  A ran malwarebytes and security essentials allowed a total of 16 files.  When I tried to goto microsoft.com, it is redirected to login.live.com.  Also, I must add that security essentials has been closed and I couldn't run if I redownload it.  I was able to get to microsoft.com via aol browser.  Also windows firewall stopped and havn't been fix this yet.  I looked in my boot and I saw 3 new files that were not there before. two look ligit.  Daemon tools lite and SMax 4PNP Application.  One I think is bad "Exreo" C:\users\Steve\Appdata\Roaming\Umpaeq\buotu.exe.  are entered into the registry and deleted everything with that name and they reappear instantly goes back to the start.  I ran a scan in the command prompt came clear.  Microsoft fix Center does not work right.  Example would be when I ran the CD/DVD, reading and writing he says no driver found.  Went in the Manager device and everything is there.  Similar occur with Aero when it was ran.  I ran the windows firewall, and he said that everything was find.  There are so many strange things happening here that I can not explain it all. I looked on the internet and no where could I find the Exreo file.  Help, please.

  I continued to get virus even if the only site I was on microsoft.com was then I decided to just do a clean boot.  As for the security of Defender, he gets arrested when you download security essentials.everything is find now thanks. Don't know if it's supposed to happen, but I tried two times by restoring the computer and whenever he stops.

However, now after reading about IMAP & have consumed with Comcast, I don't like it intensely - it is slow and cumbersome and cannot me save emails with all the parts for them permanently. I did have the time to continue so far. How can I return to the use of IPOP?

  POP and IMAP are the two inbound messaging protocols.
  SMTP is the outgoing mail protocol.

  Maybe when Apple invents its own protocol of e-mail it will be iPOP as all other iSomethings

  You need to change the Boot order to make the CD/DVD drive 1st in the boot order, then restart with the Vista DVD in the drive and follow the instructions.
