My computer Windows 7 click right properties missing__

I can't see the properties when I right click on start > computer.  How to restore the properties option on start > computer?

1. check if you are able to navigate to the Control Panel System Properties window. Geographical area:

a. click on start

b. Select Control Panel

(c) in the search bar type System Control Panel

2. create the D-word value in the registry editor:

Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. a. Click Start, type regedit in the box start looking, if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

b. search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

c. right-click on space rightpane

d. click on new

e. Select Dword (32 bit)

f. rename as NoPropertiesMyComputer and set the value to 0.

g. restart the computer.
