My creative cloud window always empty - and even though I purchased the product, it will not open a file without telling me my trial has expired.

When I go to open a file HAVE, it tells me that my trial has expired.  If I try to open the screen of my creative cloud, it is always empty and does not load. When I connect to my Adobe account, it seems, I always have access to all my apps and accounts, but must re - download is displayed.  However, then the download does not start.  I had this problem corrected twice before - and the representative told me to go in the file "adobe" and to remove and re - download.  But I do not remember who or what to do - and really need to work on things this weekend.  It's really frustrating, because as soon as I shut - it seems to disappear from my computer as a program available again!

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  4. Launch of creative cloud

New application Cloud Creative unusable: it is empty!
