What is the exact error message/code if you found one?

What operating system you are using the version?

I saw your Adobe ID (email address), you used to post here on the forums and I couldn't locate any subscription/membership for which you have been charged the 17/02/2016.

If you have any subscription purchased, then it might be on a different Adobe ID (email address) try to use to log in to your product. See, connect and disconnect to activate Cloud Creative applications
