  As described in the question, I understand that your two cards of Gadmei USB TV Tuner does not work on your Windows 7 desktop. The same card works fine on another computer in Windows 7 with the same configuration.

  I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

  1. What happens when you plug-in card TV Tuner? Your computer will detect the device? Do you have a code or a message when it fails to connect?
  2. Did you check connecting them via a different USB port?

  There may be a possibility that drivers for Gadmei TV sticks are not correctly installed on the computer. We will try these methods below and check if that helps.

  I have a simple html document with links to all the value _blank .pdf documents but only opens in a new window.  Others open as _self.  Change the target does not seem to make a difference.

  However since you work with PDF files there may not be anything technically wrong with your code.

What gives the target = "_blank" on a PDF link can open a new blank page and the PDF opens in Acrobat instead.   In Oracle Forms, I have a form with several windows. At startup is responsible only for the main window. For certain conditions during user input are shown another window (I use the feature SHOW_WINDOW). In the new window is an Image that is defined by the following code:

  The image is stored in the JAR file and works for the other modules in form. But when I open the new window (Style = modal dialog box = Yes), the image is not loaded or display. But if I close the dialog window and re-open it directly, once again, the image is displayed.
  
  Does anyone knows how to fix this? I would like to have the picture displayed also the first time at the opening of the dialogue window.

• DropDownList does not work in a new window

  In this code, I create a new window when I click on the button. In the new window are the DropDownList and TextInput components.
