My new TV doesn't have a RGB port to connect a VGA cable to so I can use my PC as my old one done, it has HDMI and my PC only output VGA. I bought a VGA Converter HDMI to maplin and when I start my PC the image appears on my TV because it goes through its startup upward. It displays windows prepares, but then the Windows point would open normally, the signal on my TV dies and it does is display the message no signal on the screen. If I start thr PC in safe mode, windows starts very well and the signal does not go down. I use windows 7. Someone knows how to fix?

  It is possible that your computer is trying to send a resolution & frequency to which the TV cannot manage.  I suspect that this is because the image is displayed when starting, but then disappears when Windows takes control - until Windows takes over, the resolution sent will be below.

  You should consult the manual of the TV to its specifications.  Mine, for example, just a a simple table of resolutions & combinations of vertical frequency it can handle.  Then look at the Control Panel, display, change display settings to see what your computer can produce and choose one that fits these two machines.  If the best resolution display settings don't work then go to the next best resolution [or in the setting of 640 x 480 to see which works best].

  Once configured, Windows will display the setting chosen at the television screen every time so you will not have to keep setting up for each session.

  Each time that you connect the TV you can use the Windows key + P key combination to toggle the display.

  I don't know if you want the TV an extended desktop or a single view.  You might find, as I did, that the TV can use a higher resolution output if it is the only view.  I suspect that this is a result of capacity of the computer's display adapter because it has less work to do if there is only one required both display.

  Once you put in place, you may find that control panel display settings, display, change, advanced has useful additional parameters, but you'd probably need to have a good guide to help with your graphics card make any sense of the options available.

  If that is not enough then I suggest that you try to find an online forum for your TV, hoping that someone has done what you are trying to do.

  Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer

  Cause

  This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS.   If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.   Hello! I got this message from malware (I clicked to delete) in surfing on firefox and after awhile the explorer.exe closes with an error. I try to open the Task Manager and it says explore cannot be found!

  I am trying to help someone with a laptop HP model g6-1202sa (Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit, another record at the end of the post).

  I think that Windows is now updated and drivers, but the problem remains also.

  The laptop has the symptoms mentioned in the title I found the Manager tasks.  Laptop fan is on a large part of the time, and the owner says that, during the execution of something more intensive than Skype for example of internet browsing, they get a warning from Norton on high CPU. Resource monitor shows that system interrupts are on average about 31% CPU.

  The results, I found the task manager has led to some research on Google, which in turn led me to want to run adksetup.exe (Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit) in the hope of discovering if a particular driver is causing the problem. (Various threads on the internet point to what is the way to go).

  However, after downloading adksetup.exe, when I try to launch it I get the initial screen of Toolbox and then 'assessment of Windows and the deployment for Windows 8.1 Kit has stopped working ". (Verification of the solution finally gives the only option to "Close the program").  Similarly, I have now discovered that if I try to look at the properties of the computer, i.e. start > right click on computer > left click on properties, I get "Windows Explorer has stopped working". Do more research on Google I find sometimes I get "Internet Explorer has stopped working" sometimes (Chrome is ok).  More out of curiosity than anything specific I ran AMD VISION Engine Control Center after right click on the desktop and ended with 'Catalyst Control Center; The host Application has stopped working".

  So before going any further, does anyone have any ideas what's happening?   I do not understand the problems 'has stopped working"in safe mode, but the high utilization of the processor with System Idle Process around 98% is still there.  It appears so that I can run adksetup.exe in safe mode while this would be the way to proceed and continue to try to tackle the problem of CPU?

  For the record, some of the things I've done along the way include update of Windows, updating drivers, running the file system (no violation of integrity) checker, a regular chkdsk ("CHKDSK discovered free space marked allocated in the master file table (MFT) bitmap. Correcting errors in the volume bitmap. Windows has made corrections to the file system").  Swapped the only module memory 4GB 2 x 1 GB modules I had to hang out, all the symptoms remained 4 GB then reinstalled.

  To be honest I don't see how SFC returned no breach of integrity account required to this type of problems.

  It might just be easier to re - install win 7, but I'm happy to help anyway

• After deployment got "404 Not Found".  How to find the correct URL?

  For the experienced:
  
  Preparing to deploy my application, I use JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 to deploy the application on the server standalone oc4j included in JDeveloper. After deployment, I get the error "404 Not Found" when trying to invoke the application in a browser. The deployment seems OK, because the log in JDeveloper window showed no error executing deployment from inside JDeveloper. So I guess the question is how to find the correct URL to invoke the application. Here are the steps I took to make the deployment.
  
  First, I installed the standalone oc4j by running the .bat < jdev_home > \jdev\bin\start_oc4j file. Installation is OK because I have deployed the application SRTutorial and invoked successfully in a browser.
  
  The WAR file has been created by right-clicking on the ViewController project and select this option to create a WAR file. At the root of the application its own name, I typed "ZB" in the area of the root of context.
  
  Then in ViewController-> resources, right_click the deployment file (ZBOV.deploy) and chose ' deploy to "the local_standalone_oc4j. Messages in the Journal of JDeveloper window for deployment are all nice and clean without errors.
  
  I then used this url to invoke the application deployed in a browser:
  
  http://localhost:8888/ZB/faces/staff/login.JSPX
  
  But I got an error "404 Not Found". Immediately, I tried citing the application of SRTutorial, and it works fine.
  
  Login.JSPX is one of the pages of the application. In the browser of the application, it is with other files in the content of ViewController/Web/personal folder, so I used /staff/login.jspx after ZB/faces.
  
  What could be wrong? If the deployment is really successful, how to find the correct url to invoke the application?

  Hello

  According to me, there are 2 possibilities (could be more that I'm not aware of if :)).

  1. your deployment profile has been changed to use a different context root.
  2. your request has not been installed correctly.

  To 1, try to create a new deployment profile and leave the values by default as it is the case, run the jspx page, get the root context, deploy the application to a different OC4J instance (using the new deployment profile), and then run the application with the context root, that you received from the embedded OC4J.

  For 2, check the log file and see if you had any error / exception.

  • Click on the link at the bottom of the error page: "I understand the risks".

  • Click on the button "View" and inspect the certificate and the Coachman, who is the issuer.

  If you cannot inspect the certificate by "I understand the risks", then try this:
