My hard drive has suddenly changed its format NTFS and I need to solve this problem

my local C drive has suddenly changed to NTFS after I installed a game (Battlefield 2) and restarted my computer.
I do not see the memory of my hard drive and I can't open some programs such as AVG anti-virus.
I tried to run cmd as administrator, but it appears with a message «windows cannot access cmd.exe...»
I can't get back to the time before what is happening.
How can I solve this problem?

In Internet Explorer, try tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, LAN settings if the box has been checked, uncheck the box "use a Proxy Server" and click OK, and click OK. Some malicious programs use the proxy server to redirect when you connect to the internet. You must then restart in Mode safe mode with networking and download and run Malwarebytes and Superantispyware in accordance with what I posted earlier.
