  Could be that a person is reset using the mechanisms you configured and have not changed (or they have configured to send emails besides as well.)

  I found the problem. It's the ad block plus 2.0. I just noticed that I was disabling each of them was. I noticed in Firefox that the envelopes have disappeared! That's why the post did not open, so in safe mode with disabled modules returned envelopes. then I restarted in reg mode and then turned off one-by-one. It was the adBlock Plus 2.0. Thank you for your advice. I would have never found. Thank you!

  I use a HP Pavilion dv6 notebook pc with Windows 7 Edition Home Premium and I have currently the 5.4.0.402 HP SimplePass version installed.

  I use SimplePass since I bought this laptop and it has always worked well for me. Now suddenly it seems SimplePass does not recognize Hotmail/Outlook as a login page (than that makes sense?)

  Whenever I visit outlook.com now simplepass do not ask me to slide my finger. Whenever I connect to a new simplepass (non-registered) e-mail address don't ask me whether I want to save. It still works on other sites as well (for example, facebook and this forum)

  I looked around the forums and found this post to be the most promising:

  However, I have tried all the suggestions in this post, and it still doesn't seem to work.

  SimplePass Web page offers little assistance, saying that I need to upgrade to the version of windows 8 first and see if that helps. (but I have fear of the version of win8 will have even more problems because I use win7..?)

  The strangest thing is that it used to work. I don't know what I could have done it spoil. The only thing I can think is that I might have deleted some of my history/cookies? I don't know if this would affect SimplePass, but then why would it still work on facebook and other sites... ?

  In any case, I really hope there is a solution to this problem. Any help is very appreciated!

  I thought he could change from hotmail/outlook and so I've tried to make the webcard with www.oulook.com , and www.hotmail.com and even the https://login.live.com/login.srf?ettc... the site where you end up when you go to two sites... Does not work either...

  However! As of today, it started working again! I think it has something to do with one of the updates from HP that has recently settled on my computer. (the simplepass bar is black instead of yellow, every time he suggests sliding me my finger)

  With the update my hotmail webcards seem to work perfectly again, then BRAVO!

• Java is broken

  Earlier today, everything was fine, then all of a sudden, I go back to paypal to print a label shipping and java is broken. I can't access my hotmail and yahoo because of this e-mail.
  I uninstalled java and firefox with no work and the process to activate java is so obsolete, that's not funny. There is no section tools more and when I go to options and click content there is nothing here about java. My browser is now completely broken!

• can not reset hotmail acct due to security issue is offline now

  In hotmail, while I have reset my password that I locked myself out of my acct and not when I try to reset my password I tells me that my security question is both inactionable and incorrect to this effect, try another question.  Its my only question and its broken.  So how to regain control of my account I had this acct for 15 years or more and have saved countless important messages and passwords for a multitude of things, please help.  My current backup email for this problem is: * address email is removed from the privacy * and the response of the use of the automatic system recovery doent work, was who has been trying for more than 8 weeks of frustration.

• Subfolders IMAP Hotmail is no longer download in Thunderbird

  I have three IMAP Hotmail accounts I can access via Thunderbird. Since yesterday, two of these accounts stopped download & sync subfolders that I created to manage clients, family and friends. All I have now are at the top level of Inbox and folder deleted. Not even sent, Outbox or junk folders, still less the ten subfolders to organize my email.

  The online version of Hotmail shows subfolders, but they are not downloading in Thunderbird as they were before yesterday. I did not any changes to my computer or e-mail accounts.

  Microsoft has changed the ability to use Thunderbird to read email? If not, how to fix this? I asked Mozilla, and they said it was a bug of Microsoft. What should I do?

  What is a custom domain?
  Support for custom fields was arrested 18 months ago and the mail has been delivered yet.  With this new change, something is broken, and Microsoft has knowledge of it.  There is no eta on a fix

  There is a work around, but if I were you I would say that the writing is on the wall and move to office365 or your own host

  The work around

  Add the address @outlook.com as an alias of your custom domain account.

  After 48 hours, you can use the address @outlook.com to configure the account by using IMAP.

  It has worked for other users of custom domain.
