• How can classic BlackBerry locked out device, I contact BlackBerry?

  I recently picked up classic BlackBerry my sister, but she left her theft protection, apparently you forgot his password and then remove his BlackBerry ID thought that would solve the problem (of course it doesn't have).   This has not been reported by someone else, so this may be an isolated incident. My attempt to associate my BBID to my seller account failed with a message which told me to contact support. I filled out the form immediately, but I'm still waiting for a response. Basically, I'm stuck on my account which, of course, is less than optimal.

  Thank you Ryan for your help. It turns out that I had loaded my secondary e-mail address as an administrator at a dark and distant point in the past. During the BBID association, I connected with the address of the administrator (which happened to match my BBID) and everything works as it should.

  Locked out since a company account (to try to use an incorrect password too often), I am an approved user.  I have reset my account and waited two days. However, I still get the same message (locked account). Is there a toll free number, I can call to get the customer support.

  You don't mention which operating system you use, but if you normally sign - on with an email and password (Windows 8, 8.1 & 10), see if you can reset the password via another PC from the Microsoft page on the following link.
