  Almost all of the sellers will not release hardware for Windows 10 drivers until Windows 10 is officially released (not an extract). 10 Windows needs to install drivers for your machine after a few updates.   It seems to be using the default Windows 7 product key.

  It must update the values by using the product key on the COA sticker.

  Try the following:

  Click Start, right click on computer

  Click on properties

  Scroll down to the Windows Activation

  Click on the link 'change product key '.

  Enter the product key located on the COA sticker attached to the bottom of your laptop or in the battery compartment. Click next to activate via the Internet.

  I understand that you have upgraded to Windows 10 and now the screen is dark and you are unable to fit it that also your HDMI does not work.

  You did all your updates of Windows since the upgrade?

  Did you run HP Support Assistant for HP updates?

  Have you ran the Windows troubleshooting tool?

  Here is a link that can help with the display problem. HP laptops - screen is small or difficult to read (8, 7, Windows Vista).

  I get the error message "web page not available". When I followed all the steps above
