  Plug in a USB keyboard.  Reset.  Wait about 5 minutes.  It allows to type with.
   
  Time in...
  CTRL + Alt + UP ARROW Keys (or one of the other Arrow Keys).
  Also right-click on the empty desk > graphics > Rotation could help.
