  I assume you mean the wall charger (connects to the power outlet). It is possible, but the continuous use could damage the battery in your Apple Watch (not iWatch). Apple Watch is made to be used with a 5V charger, Apple watches and iPhones come with these. I hope this helps!

  It is not really a way of saying that your use will be very different from any other use. Best you can do is test how long it takes to load yourself leaving the battery, then start to load and check periodically to see the percentage of battery.
