  The first thing that comes to mind would be to check the motherboard manufacturer for an update of the firmware/BIOS.

  The error message mentions "loadpercentage > 99' which looks like you are running may at maximum load of the CPU while the game and that is the cause of the crash. You could try a clean boot to prevent the using CPU resources while you play to see if it makes a difference of strtup programs.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista by performing a clean boot. This article also describes how to start the Windows Installer service and how to reset the computer so that it starts as usual.

  Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

  If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

  a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.

  Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
  (not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.

  Cause

  This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.

  Solve the problem

If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.   I had the same problem. I plugged my Wireless Studio Beats and checked my firmware using Updater bat and found out there was a (2.1.8) update. After you have installed and (importantly) not matching and rematching the beats of my iPhone, Apple music was working normally again, and I was getting disconnected when changing tracks more. Hope this works for you also.

  Updates of Windows to see if a driver has been loaded it. Use this generic utility below
