  It seems that the mpegaudio.dll was copied or installed.
  To my knowledge the DV - T USB tuner is delivered with TV software warned.
  I put t why it has not copied, but you should try to reinstall the additional application.
  I think that this software installs MpegAudio.dll .dll file in the windows\system32\ folder and if it s lack the software may not run correctly.

• ATI Digital Cable Tuner error "No TV Signal"

  I have a Vista Home Premium on a Dell XPS 420 with a single ATI digital cable Tuner. I installed the most recent cumulative Media Center Update 960544 but not the TV pack. I have the latest firmware ITA (1.17) from June 08.
  From the beginning, I have and continue to have frequent (maybe one in three) has no records TV and an error message was "Not of TV Signal" at check. In fact, I've seen this happen a time live, and the problem seems to be that the error appeared during the few seconds that the tuner was change channels. I was hoping that the behavior would be corrected by the updated Media Center, but he was not.
  I saw somewhere that the 1.17 firmware update tuner was supposed to fix this problem, but it did not. ATI was not helpful to address this issue and referred me to Dell. The Dell tech support person suggested to post here.
  I also posted to the green button without success.
  Does anyone have any suggestions? It's pretty discouraging. It's my first DVR and have so dependable and unpredictable, it is almost more trouble that it's worth.

  Hi kklemme,

  It seems to point to your tuner card regarding the issue. The fact that Media Center puts an error where the newspaper suggests he's TRYING to do his job, but there is no signal. You mentioned that this issue was supposed to have been fixed in the latest update of the ATI firmware. Still, if they are aware of the problem and tried to fix it, the ball seems to be in their own backyard. Is the new that you could return it under warranty for another card ATI or another brand of card?

• Windows 7 Media Center (64-bit Home Premium) - No. Tuner error after each reboot

  Hello

  I have a tuner HD Homerun first (network connected) running with the latest firmware, and it works very well in Win7 Media Center for most of the time.

  Whenever I restart my computer, I get an error of "No Tuner found" when I try to watch live TV. I have the MC receiver and scheduler services running under the local system account. To resolve this error, I tried many things such as power cycle the tuner HD Homerun first, disconnect/reconnect the tuner of my network router, remove and reinsert the card cable into the tuner, but none of them seem to solve the problem of reliably all the time. While MC gives me this error, the QuickTV utility provided with the tuner can grant and show me the channels.

  Is there a permanent solution to this problem without having to resort to all this groping after every restart?

  Hello, ebonyxxx, and thanks for posting!

  If you get the error "your system has not been changed" message, there are probably remainders corrupt installation prior iTunes still on your computer.  These may prevent you from properly install iTunes again.  I recommend to find iTunes in your "programs and features" and perform an uninstall from there.

  To do this, just click on the ORB 'Start' and then click on 'Control Panel'.  Once there, search for "Programs and features" and click to launch.  If you find iTunes in the list, select it and choose "Uninstall" on the bar above.  Then try to restart your system and reinstall iTunes.

  If she does not appear in the list, try to go to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/ and download of the Installer Cleanup utility.  Once downloaded and installed, run the program and try to find iTunes in the list.  If you see, select it and choose 'delete '.  Close the utility, and then restart your system.  Now, try to reinstall your iTunes by double-clicking the iTunes Installer and left click on "Run as Administrator".

• Music 10.3.1 installation errors.

  I got I tunes 10.2 on my pc, but it would not update to the new 10.3.1. So I removed the program 10.2. Now, when I installed the 10.3.1 new version, it installs, quicktime, apple softwear, mobile device, Hello apple and apple support appt. He did a restore at the end and gives me an error that installation before i tunes errors can be configured. Errors occurred during the installation, your system has not been modified.   I give up, I spent 2 days googleing trying to figure why I tunes will not be installed.

  Click with the right button on Itunes and select run as administrator. Enter the password when / if prompted.

  I have Windows XP Media Center version and had no problem to watch and record TV live until a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, I get an error "tuner not installed." I did a system restore to a date where the tuner works and it has failed. Any ideas for me on how to get my tuner to work again? I saw a bunch of other questions like this on the web... but the technical details of it go above my head. Not sure if someone got a good solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
