  Its ok now, I've discovered what was wrong I called apple, essentially when I got 6 s iPhone that has been recently it was on ios 9.0.1 and I downloaded an app when I had and then update to ios. Because the application runs on the latest ios and ios, I had was before it caused my app store for glitch and brought me to be unable to update and download.

She has an iPhone 6 but mine is an iPhone 6 s. I checked that I am connected on the iCloud with the same ID. On my iPhone, FaceTime is allowed to use cellular data. Under FaceTime > settings I checked my iCloud account and the account is activated. Under the phone > call on other devices > AllowCalls on other devices is enabled, and my iPad and my iMac are allowed. I can make and receive calls on my iPad. So, what happened to my "iPhone calls" on my iMac?

  I searched the forums for hours and it seems that Apple says that WiFi calls not are not supported on Verizon, still as I say, my wife use it almost every day and it works on my iPad.

  Two thoughts come to mind:

  1. Check your iPhone.  Look at the settings > phone > Wi - Fi calls.  The have you enabled "?  You are presented this option?  If so, also check settings > phone > call on other devices > calls on...
  2. You have given us a lot of good details above.  But you did not mention an obvious point: your wife use Verizon?  (I use AT & T and Wi - Fi calling, so I do not personally know with limitations of Verizon.)

  If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are a few standard repair procedures:

  First of all, try a system reset.  He heals many ailments and it's fast, easy and safe...

  Hold down the power button and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You won't lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

  At the end of the basic restore, you will be asked if you want to synchronize the iPad/iPod/iPhone.  As before, say 'yes'.  Note that syncs selection will disappear and the restoration will terminate if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If this happens, only applications that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective is simple – bottom right of iTunes, choose manual 'Sync '.

  If you are unable to do the restore (or it does not help), go into Recovery Mode according to the instructions here.  You will lose all your data (game scores, etc.,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being recharged.  In addition, read this.
