  After reviewing your post, it seems that iTunes Store does not load correctly. There are a few things that we can try.

  I installed the latest version of iTunes for Windows software (I have 10 windows) and now, the iTunes store is not displayed correctly. Everything is too much and if you want to get a preview of a song (or click on a link) is as rattle you the one below or will not work. Seems to me that anyone coded these pages stripped the html coding or maybe a really ugly bug in the system. I can still access all my music very well, it's just the iTunes store that has messed up.

  Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

  12 iTunes for Mac: use Shuffle Genius, Genius or Genius Mix playlists

  Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  a. right click on an empty space in the left pane (folder), you get a menu with two options

  b. 'show all files' and 'Developing in the current folder'.

  c. believing that the empty space is a bit complicated and the options are sticky (it's the same thing than to go through the 'Folder Options' dialog box).

• Audio is not synchronized with the video in Encore

  When I try to create a Blu - ray disc in Encore, with files mp4 that were imported in the timeline, the audio is not synchronized with the video.  These same files are fine when I import them and create a DVD with still.  I tried to convert the files with Adobe Encoder, but that does not work.  I tried their conversion to "high quality, even as attributes Original 720 x 480.  Mp4 files are which have been digitised in iMovie VHS tapes.  These files to play correctly in all other circumstances.  Does anyone know the settings I need to set to make these files to play properly when you try to import them in again to ensure their conservation in Blu - ray?  I have over 300 converted videos and I will not be able to detach the audio from the video and try to slide things around them to match for each video.  I guess that there must be a simpler solution.

  We don't know what audio specifications are in mp4. Still prefer active already demuxed import (m4v and wav or a3c). Otherwise, he must separate the flow before Remultiplexage in the m2ts file.   OK, so pretty much whenever I try to enter the Apple store that I get a little pop-up that says it can not connect to the Itunes store, I have to check my connection and try again, but whenever I close this box it appears immediately back to the point I can not even close Itunes with having to go Task Manager and ending the process manually.  I can't use the store at all and it's just getting really frustrating, because I know my connection and everything is not fine so it is no reason for this pop up.

  is anyone else having this problem or if you have had this problem and know how to fix?
