  You did not mention this program what happens to, but even in the case of the office, there are standard methods to adjust the zoom level with the keyboard.

  Press Ctrl and more (e, g +) together to increase the zoom level and Ctrl and less (for example) - all to reduce. The keys more or less can be those at the top of the classic (for example to the left of the back) keys or the numeric keypad if you have one.

  Restart the computer and start typing the F8 key

  Select Mode safe mode with networking

  Download the following tool and run a scan complete your system

  Still in safe mode, open the command prompt window

  Start > run

  Type sfc/scannow

  Click OK

  Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow

  You may be asked for your Windows Recovery CD/DVD is missing or corrupt files are so it is close.

  Restart the computer and let windows load.

  I also have this problem with the iPad Pro. When you use the Smart case Apple keyboard the on-screen keyboard appears.

  I remember long ago when I had the iPad second and attached to a bluetooth keyboard, the keyboard on the screen went. It may be a bug that will be fixed in the next update of the operating system.

  If you copy the screenshot in a Word file, it will be the default page of the word file size. It will be in a smaller size to fit into the Word file.

  However, if you want to open the full-size screen capture, you can use Microsoft Paint on Windows application.
