  If you want to add another email address to your Outlook, please follow the steps below.

  1. log in to your account.

  2. click on the gear or Cog icon in the upper left corner.

  3. click on more mail settings.

  4. in respect of the management of your account, click on send/receive of mail from other accounts.

  5. under you can receive mail from these account, click Add an e-mail account.

  6 follow the instructions on the screen

• Refomatted my computer laptop and reinstalled windows, something does not work now help please

  so, I recently wiped my drive hard clean for a fresh start, installed windows 7 but now some of the features that use to work no longer work. For instances when I press F1 and F2 buttons my brightness will not upwards or downwards, I can't lock the touchpad more then now the cursour jumps around.   When this has completed, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, download and install the HP Quick Launch software on the link below.

  Once the installation is complete, download and install the Synaptics driver on the following link.

  http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp50501-51000/sp50718.exe

  When the installation has completed, restart the laptop.

  In most cases no video is caused by firewalls and other devices with a logic of layer-3.

  Make sure your video drivers are updated, make sure that nothing is over heating - if you do not have a temperature monitoring program, get a.  Test your RAM, run chkdsk on your hard drive.  Make sure COD4 is patched up to 1.7 as that corrects a large number of errors.
