My Laserjet CP1525nw disconnects frequently and does not print. What should I do to put online?

I recently bought a LaserJet CP1525nw color printer. Firstly, I have established a wireless connection, via a router, with an Acer PC (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operating system) using the CD of the printer by following the guided procedure and with attention to connect the USB cable when asked me to do. The printer worked very well. Then I installed the software in the CD for the printer on an Asus PC (operating system Windows 7 Professional 64 bit) who was in another room of my house and establishes a wireless connection between the Asus PC and printer. During the installation I was not asked to make the connection with the USB cable. I was able to print from the PC Acer or Asus PC regularly. Finally, I have a wireless printer on my laptop (operating system Linux Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit) using the HPLIP software. On the PC the LaserJet has been set as default printer. Printer LaserJet printed all three PC regularly. I left the printer. The next day, I try to print but I did not do it from a PC. The printer display showed 'Ready' and the correct printer (192.168.1.7) IP address. The blue led is on continuously. However open the control panel of the printer on the PC, I realized that the printer is offline. I tried to solve the problem to read the guide to the printer, but I wasn't able to find any suggestion. PC Acer and Asus have firewall Windows is activated and installed AVG antivirus. The netbook nothing. On the Acer PC, I uninstalled the printer and do a new installation using the CD for the printer. After this operation, I was still able to print from a PC, but the next day, the printer was offline again and was not able to print from a PC.     I see your post that this is not happening when you print a test page, so I think the problem is somehow related to the driver or program that you use. Let's start with the HP print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly resolve problems printing, scanning and connectivity, including but not limited to:

    • Connectivity:

      USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

      Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working properly.

    • Device Status Test: checks the errors of the device, such as paper, paper jams, stands transport and paper issues and provides instructions to resolve the error.

    • Driver: checks the driver missing or corrupt files.

    • Device Manager: check the problems in Device Manager that could prevent printing.

    • Device online: check if the product has been suspended or put in offline and then sets the State back in line if necessary.

    • Print queue: checks and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a newspaper for printing waiting to print).

    • Port Match: check the port settings for the HP product.

    • Device conflicts: check the conflicts with other drivers, such as the other brands of printers.

    • Ink issues: check the cartridges and the ink levels for issues that affect the print quality.

    • Print settings: check and adjust the print quality settings.

    • Test print: print a test page for the assessment of the print quality and provides options for cleaning and if necessary print head alignment.

    • Scan tests: check the scanning mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

    If this does not resolve the problem, after back and let me know if there are all the symbols except the Green checkmarks and what they are next of course. The key is not always easy to identify the key and check mart are in the green circle.

    • If you see only the Green checkmarks (), the tool did not find any problem.

    • If you see green sides (), the utility identified a problem and fix it automatically.

    • If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and requires monitoring of the user, but the step was ignored.

    • If you see a red X (), follow the onscreen instructions to fix the problem.

    Looks like you have the default printer configured to be Microsoft XPS Document Writer.  Go to control panel > printers and devices and see which printer is enabled in a green circle.  If this is the XPS Document writer as I suspect, you can right click on your printer and then select "Set as default printer" after you do this, or if you cannot do this, answer with the brand and model of your printer and we are able to help if you have a driver problem.

  • Laser Jet 4500N disconnection and does not print

    I got a cable (mini centronics USB) to connect the printer to my mac OS x 10.9.5 via USB. This is my first time the printer connected.  I recognized the printer and installed. He has not been able to print an entire page.  When I select printer and print it Say "Sending data to Printer".  The window will then say "the printer is not connected.  Then I can unplug the usb on the printer and plug it in again and it will print some of the page. (it seems that it prints better if its only text and no image or ink.)  Sometimes, I have to uninstall the printer and install again.

    The pilot is a 19.8 for the printer?

    It is printing only about 10% of a page.

    It says at the top. Any idea here?

  • LaserJet Pro 200 M276NW color does not print more than once; application freezes

    Hello.  I had a problem with Laserjet Pro 200 color M276NW my family when printing from my desktop Windows 7 (64 bit) for quite awhile.  The first time I print a document after starting my computer, it prints the entire document very well.  However, the print jobs will simply freeze the program that sent them (for example Outlook, Opera, etc.) on a screen ' print the page of.  Also, I can't print a test page in Windows when the first task is completed.  I finally realized that it probably has something to do with the spooler service in Windows, or in the print queue.  When I look in the queue after printing the first document, it shows that the paper in it, but the new job that froze my app does not appear.  After I restarted my computer, I can print a document more before I have to restart again.

    The printer is networked on our home network; It is not connected to any computer via USB, and in my opinion, is the connection to the ethernet router.  My computer is connected to our network via a wireless connection.  I tried to restart the spooler, enter the IP address of the printer in my web browser (which works fine and shows the right page), and everything else listed in the Help article.  Try to open the printer properties in devices and printers does nothing.

    To complicate, the printer won't even print the first work since I got on my computer and I tried this today.  Also, I got exactly the same problem on my laptop, which also used Windows 7 and connected to our home network wireless. The laptop now has Linux on it instead. I tested several printing on it earlier and they print very well.

    My father, who has a wired connection to the router, told me that it is able to print more than one job very well.  I just had my brother (who also has a wired connection) print two different documents, and it has worked very well.  This leads me to believe that there is somehow something to do with the Wi - Fi computer assigned to the router, in combination with Windows 7, apparently.

    Moon Raker, starting with the sounds like it is a driver problem. I want to start to be sure that deleting the software and relocation happened in the best way possible. I want you to follow my steps, I can be sure that we start both on the same page.

  • HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color multifunction does not print PDF files

    I recently met a problem where my HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color multifunction wouldn't print the PDF files.  I tried printing from a snippet, Adobe Reader, Word and PDF Pen Pro and the document will not print.  But the printer had no problem printing other formats like JPG, etc. DOCX from the same computer before and after.

    What has happened is that the computer said he sent the document to the printer and the printer screen showed "Print Document" momentarily - but then the screen of the printer would return to the ready screen and the document will not print.  There are no indications that the printer was having a problem.

    I reinstalled the drivers of HP - no change.

    Finally, I was able to print the document open in Photoshop and save as a JPG file.

    I am running OSX 10.9.2.  on a MacBook Pro.

    When I went to add a printer, the only choice of HP, I got was 'HP LaserJet CM1415fnw @ Mac Book Pro' which is described as a generic PostScript printer.  It did not work when I tried to print a PDF file.

    I then removed the printer and reinstalled it - and I see that in the last step of the installation, I had several choices.  The default choice is the print version of air, I chose the version that showed a printer HP Laserjet series CM1410.

    Problem solved.
