My links are invisible!

I don't think I've changed SOMETHING in the way that Dreamweaver 2004MX is set up on my computer. I have not changed the way to create links (to the two pages of my site and to pages or external sites). For the last week, when I create a link to another page or outside the page, the link is invisible on the browser - local and online.
Example - new page for my leather work. http://www.irishhuntersandjumpers.com/leather.html http://www.irishhuntersandjumpers.com/leather.html%3Ca%20target=_blank%20class=ftalternati ngbarlinklarge % 20href =' > '.

Down at the bottom below the last series of photos, but the text of above photo credit, is an empty area - it is SUPPOSED to be text here linking back to the other page within my site.

Strangely, the link to my supplier of leather (in the first platoon of text) is very well - although initially there was also unseen.
I have re-bound, using every way I know - copy - paste, type, 'do a link' from the context menu, etc. and have rebooted several times. It makes me bananas, I can't understand what to do - and it seems not to act in a coherent way.

Any help out there? You people have saved my bacon before, here's hoping someone can do it again!

Are you sure that it isn't there, or did you just can not see? I see two links:
"I did a bit of Western leather, as well as historical reproductions"
"I also do custom work bridle."

Their the visited link color is very similar to your background color. According to the monitor, it may be invisible. You need to change your background or link visited color.

  • Unable to create link with "Invisible Rectangle"

I am really frustrated.  I create a link in a pdf document and select "link Type: Invisible Rectangle" he won't give me an invisible rectangle.  Instead, I get everything as the last selection of "link Type: Rectangle Visible ' was, or an underscore, solid or dashed box.  I should be able to select "Rectangle Invisible" and set a link without visible lines.  It's a problem in Acrobat X, then I tried Acrobat XI and results are the same.  I tried every combination I can think of, but can't get a link with an invisible rectangle. Is there a default setting or something I'm missing somewhere?

    Hey DirtyDan24,

Could you please let me know what exact point of Acrobat XI version you use.

Have you tried Acrobat repair on the Help menu (for Windows only)?

Please select the Type of link Invisible Rectangle , then the locked check box and click OK.

Then, save the file and re-open it to verify whether the parameters are saved correctly or not.

    Let me know.

    Kind regards

  • Mini iPad iOS 9.3 / links are not clickable in my emails or on safari

Hello, today the links are not clickable in my emails or on safari on my iPad mini iOS 9.3. I have reset, but it did not change anyting :-( Could you please help me with this? Thank you

It is a known problem with 9.3 and right now, Apple has not issued a fix. Workarounds include using another browser. People have reported that Opera and puffin both work but I have not experienced with them to know for sure. (and honestly what works for some doesn't work for others)

There are also some success reported by the people who are in settings, safari, advanced and disabling java script.

Ultimately the people just have to wait for a fix to come, and there is no timetable for when that will happen.

  • In Safari, the links are inactive after update to iOS 9.3

iPad 2 air. Updated to iOS 9.3 yesterday and found that most of the time links in Safari browser are inactive, i.e. it will not go to his content stated. For example, my search engine is set to Google. After a search, all the links in Safari are dead. Even with www.apple.com on half right browser that performs most of the links are dead. It was OK with all the previous versions of iOS. Should I do something in the configurations in order to make the living Safari links?

    Thank you.

try to use google or yahoo apps.  Safari does not seem to work but I have access to the internet using both applications.  It's good that an update apple killed their own search engine.

  • I imported bookmarks in Chrome, but all the links are bad

I'm moving from Chrome to Mozilla to work. I have work of many associates of bookmarks. I exported the booksmarks of Chrome and put them on my desk. Then I opened organizing bookmarks on Mozilla and imported. They are there, but all the links are the same, on some BBC News site (which was not one of my favorites!) I am very frustrated and have uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla nothing helps.

    Never mind. I fixed it.

  • The application in my dock icons are invisible

(MacBook Pro: retina, 15 inches, mi 2014)

Last night when I closed my computer for the night, I heard the sound when it starts. I opened it to see what was going on and had one * of a time trying to even turn on my computer.

When I was finally able to turn it on, it took me to the password reset screen, maybe because I kept trying to turn it on. Anyway, I'm able to get back on my computer and now half the icons on my doc are invisible. There is still a place on the side where they are, and I can fly to identify.

They still work very well, but what's past? I updated my computer to the last update after the restart of all that's happened, I tried several, and they are still missing.

One suggestion is to try a repair disk. I have found in El Capitan, first aid now. There might be a plist which is corrupt, but I don't know which.

You can also try to drag out the missing icons, since you mentioned flying over your mouse indicates what applications are. Then after removing the, drag the application icon to / applications on your Dock.

I can only guess that the issue you described, trying to turn on your Mac had something to do with your problem of Dock.

  • Contacts are invisible after having removed from facebook and twitter

    Hello

I had a strange problem occur. My phone became increasingly slow so I decided to try to remove the facebook and twitter accounts (following the instructions of another post) to see if that helped. He did. My phone is now faster than ever, but all my contacts are invisible.

If I go to contacts and select all the contacts, there is nothing there. If I try a search on my contacts, they are there, but they won't appear not without research. Speed dial works also fine. Address book names display correctly on incoming calls.

Now, if I take one of these contacts and change it, it will now stay in my contacts list. I don't seem to matter if there is a touch of google or motoblur. Edit it will show. If I restore twitter and facebook (must be both of them) all contacts appear but I can't restore to twitter and facebook.

It seems that I need to tell my phone to resynchronize somehow but I didn't understand how to do this.

I tried to remove as much information google as I could and then resynchronize. Nothing.

I tried to remove the battery and wait a few minutes. Nothing

I have not tried a reset, nor do I want to.

I guess there is a problem with the database of contacts, but I don't know how to force it to reload. Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Mark

    Problem solved!

It must have been a strange interaction with my Twitter and Facebook accounts with my groups of contacts. I removed my contacts groups and all contacts returned.

Favorite links are not listed in the navigation pane. The favorite links Panel is displayed but the shortcuts in the folder are not displayed in the list

Go to C:\Users\\Favorites\Favorite Bar, check the shortcut's properties, they could be hidden. I've seen several cases where the virus hides the shortcuts.

  • Notification area: icons are invisible (NOT the system icons)

Was fine when I went to bed last night. Computer did an automatic stop (no windows update). Started this morning and the notification area icons are invisible. The space of each icon is still there because I can mouseover a vacuum arises space and text for each icon.

I tried the regedit fix, but that is really intended for people who cannot see their system icons. The icons of my clock, volume, network and battery are still visible, but no other icons are. Restarted several times, started in safe mode and windows theme switched from classic to vista. I can't find an answer to this problem.

When I restart windows, first 2 or 3 icons will begin to show, but then after that, for some reason, they disappear and no other icons appear. As I said, however, the actual processes are still running and I can even access. Just the icons are not visible.

Try a system restore to a Date before the problem began:

    Restore point:

    http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/using-Windows-Vista-system-restore/

Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

When I contacted Adobe support on this issue, I was told that the 64-bit filter had not been tested on Win7, so I went to the foxit iFilter.  Even this has not worked for me.  Then I discovered it was my antivirus software which is in conflict with Win7 ability to correctly generate indexes.
