I have a HP 4620. I sent a print job to the computer via the network. It will not be printed, so I tried to delete the job. It is stuck on "deletion" and will not erase (it has been like this for days). I tried the other options such as restart, pause etc. and it is just stuck say delete. I restarted the computer and activated and on the printer, but can not do the work to remove. So just now I can't print anything because new jobs will not be printed either; guess that they don't print until that first job is deleted. Can I remove the new print jobs. Someone at - it solution.

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R. In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter. Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button. Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

Two possibilities include disk and malware problems.

-SOLVED! -PCI or USB wireless adapter is disabled and will not activate on Windows 7
The solution: uninstall ZoneAlarm!
I spent 3 days and 3 different cards, trying to solve this problem. First of all, I bought a Netgear PCI wireless adapter. Installed according to the instructions. Device Manager showed the adapter works properly but turned off and nothing I tried would enable the adapter.
NETGEAR has taken over to the store and buy a Linksys PCI wireless adapter. Exactly the same problem. Device Manager, said the adapter worked correctly, but turned off and would not turn on.
So I called Linksys support and paid them only for the remote service and they couldn't get it to work either (of course to return money). They suggest is to contact Microsoft technical support or buy the USB version.
I went and picked up the USB (WUSB600-N v.2) version today and guess what? Exactly the same problem. Device Manager showed the device works correctly, but turned off and would not turn on. After talking to a few other technicians in addition to myself, we agreed that the only other option was to reinstall windows. But just before I decided to do, I checked one last time to Google and came across a post in the forums of Vista by someone who had the same exact problem, uninstalled ZoneAlarm and then worked their wireless adapter.
Well, I decided to try that before reinstalling windows. As soon as I uninstalled ZoneAlarm and the computer restarts, the adapter has been activated and automatically found my network! This means that ZoneAlarm control network on the computer and for some reason cards some not allowing a wireless adapter is enabled.
Then I tried to re-setup of ZoneAlarm. After that I have re-installed, my wireless adapter became instantly disabled and would not turn on again. So I uninstalled ZoneAlarm at all times. My router has SPI and NAT firewall on top of the Windows Firewall, so I need anyway ZA.
If you have ZoneAlarm, get rid of it. If you still experience the problem of your card activating Wireless does not and have ZoneAlarm, try to uninstall any firewall software 3rd - party that you have already installed (not the Windows Firewall).
I was really frustrated after spending 3 days with 3 different adapters and many trips to stores using the adapters and buy different cards. I'm glad I found this post on the forums of Vista, so the credit goes to the one who made this post.
On a side note, after I installed the drivers from the CD and Linksys site, Windows update has shown there is an updated driver on the site of Ralink which I installed it and so far no problem. My WUSB600-N automatically connected to the strip of the 5 GHz on my router dual band and speeds are ultra fast and signal is strong in a completely different room.
Hope this information helps others finally solve this problem.

64-bit, but it should work on either. ZoneAlarm includes network connections and was not what allows the adapter to be activated. Even close ZoneAlarm does not work either. ZoneAlarm must be uninstalled from the card must be activated.
Vista drivers work fine with this adapter. Then a Windows Update is the updated drivers for Ralink which also work very well.
If you have properly installed the drivers and display device manager the device works correctly, but disabled, and then uninstall any firewall/antivirus 3 rd-party should do the trick.
I am a tech, more I consulted other technicians as well as paid for technical support of Linksys and nobody could understand this problem and it's no wonder. Who would have thought that ZoneAlarm or any 3rd part antivirus/firewall software would take complete control over network connections and not to allow a new network adapters must be installed correctly.
If anyone needs any help other than that, feel free to ask.

I have an application that gets about 3/4 of the way through an update and stops. I tried to remove it and I confirm delete but it does not delete. The App Store app, it shows if it is on the cloud and not my phone. How can I fix the problem?

If I'm right, you are having problems removing an application that updates 3/4, and then it just stops.
Try restarting your iPhone:
- Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears
- Drag the slider to completely turn off your iPhone
- Once the iPhone is off, press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears.
- Once you have restarted your iPhone, check if you can remove the app, or if the application is able to be updated.
Try to connect to iTunes and App Store:
- Open settings > scroll down and tap on "iTunes & App Store > type on your Apple ID > tap Sign Out."
- Once you have disconnected, reconnect and check if you are able to remove the app, or able to be updated.
Try to reset your network settings:
- Open settings > tap general > tap reset > tap reset network settings > enter your password if prompted.
- Once you have reset your network settings check if you are able to remove the app, or able to be updated.

Are you referring to gmail or stock email app?
If the stock email app, can be a problem for SMTP server, please check settings/passwords.

BlackBerry Smartphones E-mail Outbox folder is gray and will not sync - so I can't send mail!
For the last 11 months, since I got my Priv, everything was good with e-mail. But in recent weeks, all of a sudden I can't send email. No joke. She shows up in the Outbox and are not sent. I checked account settings and Outbox is grey and not checked for synchronization. It won't sync. Help!
It's AOL and I never had any problems so far. If you ask about IMAP or POP, honestly, I don't know what all this means.
I just need to get this ungrey Outbox so I can check "synch." It's desperate!

That should have worked... but please triple check the password you entered on the PRIV, especially if there is no character special or something. But, then again, you always receive... just e-mail could not be sent. This means that your password on the PRIV is indeed correct. Very strange.
One thing... in the PRIVATE account settings, there should be two places to put your password, one for "Incoming settings" and one for "Outgoing settings." If you have changed only, on PRIV, the incoming settings to your new password, it could entirely explain the behavior you see... you need to change both, because they are elements of independent setup for the account.

When you say "computer", are you talking about a browser-based webmail interface? Or are you talking about a desktop client for electronic mail (Outlook or something else)?

Well, who's going to be a challenge then. The thing to do is to look at the AOL Server, via a webmail client (if they have one...) AOL is so old that I have not used them in several years). If what you need is on the server, then remove and reconfigure the device should not be a problem. In fact, if you really are based only on your device for your data, then you are taking a huge risk... devices may fail.

With Firefox my fonts e-mail decreased and will not respond to reset, but problem disappears when you edit from Internet Explorer. This happened with no incentives from me about two weeks ago, and no resets respond to the email. Occurs only with Fox. With ie I enlarged and adjustable policies.
Have you tried to resize the text size by pressing CTRL and + at the same time (increase font size)?

If it still shows paper jam and you know that there is no paper, just turn it works, and it should realize that there is no paper.

I have the same problem as Marie-Claude. Windows Messaging will check two email accounts, but the aol imap account will not send or receive, and it is my primary email address. I have a security zone of windows asking for my username and password which will return an 800cccd91 error (I think) and the message that they are not valid. The user name and password work fine by going directly on aol.com. I turned off my avg antivirus mail and makes them require a secure password is not checked in the properties of the account. I first noticed this problem yesterday after I had changed suppliers for remote access, but with aol imap is the only thing affected. My virus programs and spyware are up-to-date. I've seen several references to this same problem and the only other thing that I've seen mentioned that I did not is to remove and reinstall this account. If I do this, it removes all my emails stored under this account in windows mail? What this has to do to my other computers running xp and outlook? Other solutions? Thank you
Delete and recreate an e-mail account in Windows Mail lost all the data. You would only on the affected computer.
