  My niece has used his Toshiba L450D for almost a year now and he really liked it, who was until last month. She turned on her laptop and when she presses the button of the mouse, the button cracked and he fell into the laptop.

  Now my brother contacted Toshiba and I was told because it is under warranty it might return for repair because it was a common fault. Then he he packed in loads of air bubbles and a box to make sure it was safe.

  A few weeks later he came back repaired but we were all shocked that the laptop was put in a very loose box and you could hear this rattling noise. When we turned on the battery was flat and we had a new boot menu.

  As she installed it Windows 7 laptop would boot directly into Windows 7, but now after the repair of the laptop shows a menu black screen with as follows:

  + Windows 7 +.
  + Recover Windows to Factory Settings [active EMS] +.

  So we started in Windows and everything went well, but now after 5 or 10 or even 20 minutes, laptop displays a black screen and will not respond to keys or mouse movement. There is nothing on the screen its just black.

  I started in SafeMode (which was more difficult with the new menu) and it does the same thing. I even managed to do a virus scan quick who took 3-4 minutes and was clean.

  I would like some advice on what my niece is very angry, and it's difficult to explain what is happening to a child in the primary school.

  Have you tried the option of HARD drive recovery?

  If this is not the case, try to set the notebook back to factory settings using HARD drive recovery.
  Turn on the device, press F12, choose repair my computer, then select Toshiba HDD recovery.

  Hello Nicolas, all these parameters and States of connection are usually stored in cookies. you have firefox set up to keep cookies between sessions and do not erase this kind of private data, once you close firefox? • FaceTime and Messages "not responding" MacBook Pro but works on iPhone Plus 6 and 3 Mini iPad

  In January, I sent a text message with a very large number of numbers through Messages on the Macbook Pro.  Since then, it will be not open without the reel spinning of Messages and FaceTime, the system fan going at top speed and the computer slows down considerably until I Force Quit or other software.  I have zero problems on the iPhone or iPad with either.

  I've already removed the library of Messages and attachments, and this seems to have actually exacerbated the problem.

  I did a complete reinstallation of the operating system (El Capitan), and it had zero effect.

  My guess is that these two very large text messages are the culprits, and I can't understand how to reset all messages.  I'm happy to delete all, if I can get somehow my Macbook to recognize what has happened.  Otherwise, I am at my wits end, trying to get these two applications to work again.  I'm quite the newbie, so please refer to measures as simply as possible.  (Btw - the texts were a legitimate response to a follow-up request, and I hoped just don't have to send them all individually in case of FAILURE)

  I got a Satellite R15 without recovery disks. I was thinking that I would do a set but never had him. Recently, I started having problems with my MSOffice 2007 software. I went to the Toshiba Download Center and I have downloaded every driver/program as possible I might need for an XP operating system and install them all. Some of them would not work because they wanted to connect to the internet. Some of them did not work because miss me a "PRC driver." I also installed service pack 2 for Windows XP, but not service pack 3 because I do not have an internet connection. Initially, the modem, ethernet, sound, video and a few things were not pilots. Now I have drivers for all except one - seems to be to shock absorption software and I can not find anywhere. I need help.

  1. I can not always connect to the internet via ethernet or wireless
  2. I would like to have a center to help once again - I use it once a year or more, but it's good to know that it is there
  3. I'm still not able to install MS Office 2007
  4. I would like to get this software for shock absorption.

  The HARD drive works? I ran the test Advanced in Hitachi DFT to ensure is has no bad sectors.

  Install the driver 'Toshiba HDD Protection System' on the Toshiba site. Needs to be installed first, its very important common Modules.

  The Office CD is scratched? It works in the other PC?

  Ultimately, you want a Toshiba Recovery Disc, this way you can be sure that all drivers are installed correctly. I believe you can get replacement of Toshiba drives.
