  This problem may be caused by an extension that is not working properly.

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  I have Firefox 13.0.1 on Mac OS X. A few days ago Google pages implemented very slowly (taking a few minutes to perform a search or open Gmail). I've had no problem with Safari - Google pages loading instantly here. And the ONLY site that I have problems with the Firefox Google. I tried to clear my cache as someone suggested.   About: config, I changed 'network.http.keep - alive' to 'true' and now Google works very well. I don't know what caused the problem in the first place, but that fixed it for me.

  A few days ago my computer crashes. The computer has at least 2 years, but still relatively worked well, so I thought that it was not too far fetched. However when I restarted, windows would not start. There are always underscore at the top of my screen that flashes to me.

  My friend and Yahoo Answers has informed me that it was probably a virus and I would have had a small USB key provided with the computer with the recovery software to fix it. My computer came with none of these software, and I'm upset, I have important goodies on this computer, and HP gives me the tools to solve this problem, if this happens.

  Thanks for the tip.  It turned out that kind Reader has been commissioning in protected mode.  I changed the setting and it prints now as before.
