  Try to press the ARROW keys to CTRL ALT (Alt + Ctrl + top or down arrow). You will get the normal screen.   It's HP to make it compatible with Firefox. As far as I KNOW, this add-on was not compatible with Firefox for a few years already, like maybe the version of Firefox 3.5. I used this add-on in 2006 and 2007 and gave up using because HP has always been very loose on update when a new version of Firefox has been released. As it took months of HP 9 update to a new version of Firefox and then 3 months later, a new version of Firefox was released and it stop working again.
