  The DNG Converter make sure you can open native raw images. Is there something missing in your problem. That the camera took pictures? What version of Photoshop? What version of Camera Raw? What operating system?

I assumed that the order has been placed, but rather the page reloaded taking me two steps back, asking me to review the membership details and again to accept the terms and conditions (see image). I did and it took me a step forward for payment information, where I was again asked to fill in some information. I've done this, confirmed and then restarted the loop: page reloaded, asked again to confirm the payment, etc...

  Please, someone give me hand. The plan was paid for or not (I have no internet banking to check)? It was cancelled and, if so, why?

  Since it's Windows XP, it's maybe the old problem of the "drive letter".  Being a Mac user, I don't know the exact procedure, but try changing the drive letter of the iPod.  Maybe that's how
