  I open a web page, in the web page, there is a link to open another connection.   Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!  I understand that you are looking for HP Photo Viewer software after upgrade to Windows 10.  I'm happy to give you a helping hand with this.

  You have recovery discs for your computer that you created prior to upgrading to Windows 10?  If so, you might try HP PC - use of the Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 7), after the start of these recovery disks.

  If you do not have a recovery media you can use: Computers HP - getting HP recovery or a recovery HP USB disk drives, for a game, if they are available.

  The support page does not download Photo Viewer, but you could also look at other software solutions such as those already in the Windows 10. It boils down to what functionality you need in such a tool.  You can also see connected HP - HP plugged Photo Photo is replaced by Snapfish.

  My C650 is a new purchase and so far I was not able to view photos; on a memory stick, in "My pictures" or any form using the Windows Photo Viewer. Once I double click the photo icon, the image enlarged to full screen and freezes at "loading" is displayed.

  I mean who knows what pictures you have, which forms, what capacity and so on.

  I doubt that this question has something to do with the laptop.
  I guess that it s software (Win 7) related question or maybe it related to this folder special photo
  I think you should try different records with different picture and different file formats

  Check also if some background process affects this feature

  Then you probably watch "All Photos" album.  Prefefined in the photo albums are sorted ascending by date.

  Create your own albums. Your own smart albums can be sorted by more options:

  You can sort any album you create yourself, by date, with most recent pictures on top.  The albums predefined such as "All Photos" will however always be sorted by date, ascending.

  Create your own smart 'My Pictures' album, then select descending sort.

  This question relates to the photo viewer.  How to make all the thumbnails be actual photos and not the same chosen window pic?

  Looks like the generation of thumbnails has been turned off - you can check it as follows.

  Click on the Start Menu, type folder options and press ENTER.

  In the Folder Options window, select the view tab.

  If the vertical entrance "always see the icons, never thumbnails" are checked, click the box to Remove the tick, then click apply and then click Ok to save this change.

  When I try to open attachments photo (jpeg), it defaults to the Windows Photo Viewer, says loading but does nothing more immediately to freeze my HP computer. I have then close and restart my computer. Efforts to re - open the attachment has the same result. How can I solve this problem?

  You did not mention the version of the operating system that is running in the computer with the problem. We know the version of operating system on this computer.

  Windows Photo Viewer application allows you to view multi-page TIFF files, but it does not allow to print a number of pages in a multi-page TIFF file. In order to achieve this functionality, you can have a look at the workaround solutions provided in the answerin the following threads:

  I installed Picasa Photo Viewer and photo file icons in 'Windows Explorer' under Windows Picture Viewer in Picasa.

  I used for years Windows Photo Viewer to display and rotate the photos uploaded to my computer.  Recently, I noticed that if I turn and switch to another image (just like I always did), one that I shot saved says he then went to the folder.  When I get on my computer, it appears that it is in the correct file, but when I go in the file, it isn't here.  Also, if I try to save back to the file from another source, it asks if I want to replace the existing file.  Help please!

  If the photo thumbs reappear... they can look washed out...
  to clear this up... right click on a picture or a selected group
  or folder and choose... Properties, uncheck the box.

• Windows Photo Viewer does not work when photo is clicked on

  When I click on the individual image in the folder, the first message received error is 'there was a problem starting D:\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll. The specified module could not be found.

  Windows 7 is installed in C:\ and D:\had the old XP Professional which I've updated.

  Slide show does not work either.

  However, I can say 'Open with' and select the Windows Photo Viewer to view the photo. Photos of the record may be consulted by clicking on 'Next' and 'Previous', but not when you click on individually

  Thanks for the reply. I had to reinstall Windows 7 on my machine. It corrects the problem.

  However, it caused another :). Now my camera Canon A710IS unrecognized despite getting all the latest updates. Any help will be appreciated.
