  Try to start your system in safe mode:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key for 3 seconds after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments. You should then be at the Welcome screen. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.   So, you understand where the problem is but why didn t you have installed graphic drivers intel one another? I mean, you know where is the problem and you can correct it.

  Otherwise, if a reinstallation does not help, it would be better to completely recover your system to eliminate the problem.
