  I read your post about the ink carriage being stuck in your Officejet 3830, and I wanted to respond to troubleshoot. Try these steps and if the transport is not yet move to order so that you can access the ink, then your best bet would be to call phone support to see if they can replace the unit for you.   The reliability of the charging/reman cartridges varies considerably, but is generally low, see here for a study.

  The steps described on this page can help.

  I suggest you contact Cartridge World for a warranty replacement or chalk it upward to experience and get a HP cartridge.

  (HP printers releases no cartridges because they are charging/reman, but they make an electric test to make sure that the cartridge is not working properly.  They will reject cartrdiges that do not pass this criterion.)

  Thanks for the info. I'll try your tactics by chance discovered when the problem recurs. I finally gave in and changed ink cartridges--lost some of the expensive ink HP - as I had to print a document on this printer as the other was not available.

  I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and a USB Pinnacle USB TV adapter (80th).  Which works fine with the software provided by Pinnacle, (TV Center Pro) using Clear QAM. However, I want to use the adapter USB TV with Windows 7 Media Center.  When I go in the options of signal TV of WMC, it shows Clear QAM as an option.  Can someone tell me please how to display the QAM option?  And why is it hidden initially?

  Hi all
  I finally got that it works, and that a single push.

  First of all, I uninstalled all drivers for my TV card in Device Manager. I had to do this several times, as he kept drivers already installed conclusion, but finally there lack of pilots.

  -Reboot
  -J' pressed F8 during boot and selected "disable driver signing" at startup.
  -Once Windows 7 has been started, I installed the drivers Beta 64-bit listed above.
  (I didn't understand how automatic default to F8 and 'Disable driver signing', always looking at this information, my plan is not to restart very often at the moment.)
  -Then, I scanned for TV stations, technnicaly my adapter showed as two adapters, said the Media Center window to search for the two adapters and found all my ClearQAM channels.

  I have installation check, I'll see how it works, but so far, Windows Media Center looks really sweet.

  I hope this helps others, I know that I spent many hours to find it.

  Yes, the machine works by using each of the color cartridges to meddle with the DARK to get a true black print. So if one of the cartridges become low or runs out, the printer doesn't work, even if you use only black and white prints.

  • Hold SHIFT and click reload.

• Photosmart HP 6520: For HP Photosmart 6520 black print cartridge does not print

  My printer suddenly decided to not print black ink, the indicator showed still had about 30 percent ink left, but when making the diagnosis of quality black ink pring was incomplete printing.  I did an alignment of the printer and cleaned the printheads, still nothing, black does not print clearly.  I bought a new ink cartridge, of the March 2017 expiry date, did the same steps as above and nothing.  The black box is now completely empty.  My previous printer was a 6510 HP which has begun to do this, and after losing a ton of ink clean print head, etc., I ended up buying just the 6520.  It is now out of warranty as of October 2014, but black ink does the same thing as ink color on the 6510.  I watched throughthe for answers forums, tried to soak the cartridge in case it has been clogged, etc..  None of the above helped me, and I am not interested in buying ANOTHER printer.  Any thoughts?

  One of the questions forum indicated that l ' turn off from one day to the next, sometimes worked.  I turned it off last night and just turned on today, and works in ink!  Not sure if it was the rest overnight or clog with water, but today he works.

Now only print black and white photos.  Also a part of any page I want to copy will be printed, only in B & W.  Sizes does not correctly... and a lot of ink color & black.  Tried all the suggestion of Mr. Fixit, nothing helps.  Help please!

• Microphone does not work well when recording video to work

  For the last few months, my phone has this kind of problem whenever I wanted to record a video. The audio in the recorded video may not be heard clearly, even with the highest volume. There sounds caring as wind noise even though I'm far from any source of wind such as fan, or when recording. At first I thought it was problems with the listener; probably I had disconnected the wrong way. But after trying a few times, the result is always the same. When I tried to record audio using voice memos, the audio is properly can be heard. This problem only occurs when you record a video. Please help me.

  It seems that your iPhone does not record clear audio as well as your videos. It seems that you have identified that the background microphone (used to record voice memos) works, according to get help with microphones on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

  Then, try the following steps, coming from the link above.

  If audio video recordings of soft sounds, or Siri can't hear you, ensure that the microphone near the iSight camera - corner of your iPhone on top, bottom, the receiver is not blocked or covered.

  If the microphone and the receiver are not blocked:

  Get help

  If you still have questions after you test the microphone on your device, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug any accessory plugged into the headphone jack.
  2. Avoid blocking the mic microphone and iSight with your fingers while holding the device or video recording.
  3. Remove the protection of screen, movies or cases that cover the microphone, microphone iSight or iPhone receiver.
  4. Clear all debris from the microphones or receiver iPhone. Refer to the manual of your device on the locations of the microphone.
  5. Restart your device.
  6. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.

• Operating system is watered by viruses, does not start.

  By updating the software on my Toshiba laptop running Windows XP Pro, I hosed my multiple virus. I've been using the free version of AVG Antivirus and he couldn't deal with the problems. The computer does not even start anymore, although I can still access the screen and the multiple boot options before the screen turns off and stays that way.   I run a Toshiba Satellite myself, and a few months ago it also refused to start. After trying different methods (including trying to fix it by slaving the hard drive to another computer), I was forced to reformat and install. Fortunately I was able to get the data off (enslavement of the hard drive), but with respect to windows, it depends. If you have the Toshiba installation disc (which I hope you do), it should reinstall and register automatically with Microsoft (no entry necessary on your part). However, if you had the laptop with the software installed, but no copy of Windows was included (or at the very least, the serial code), you're probably going to be GROUND. If you have the serial code and are the user registered for this number, you simply give Microsoft a call after you install so they can register as your new computer (or more precisely, your old computer with a new o/s and so new IP) now uses this serial number. I hope this helps. :)

• iMovie does not recognize Logitech HD Webcam C310

  I'm running OS X 10.11.6 on a MacBook Pro for 6 months. I would use my Logitech HD Webcam C310 (USB) to import images from a film 8 mm 60 years projector to iMovie, but iMovie does not recognize the camera. FaceTime, however, DOES not recognize the camera, and it appears also in system information. But no matter what I do (restart iMovie, disconnect and reconnect the camera, restart the machine), iMovie displays only the camera, which he calls the "FaceTime HD camera." Appreciate any help to get this camera to work. Thank you

  I have a Logitech C920 webcam, and it is not recognized by iMovie.  It is recognized by Quicktime Player and Photo Booth applications and with one of these, you can save a movie that you can then import into iMovie.

  Solved. The problem turns out to be conflicting plug-ins. The description can be found at [_ http://kb.mozillazine.org/Mozilla_Suite: _Issues_:_Sound] the oldest of its plug-in for Windows XP is in conflict with the new windows for Firefox plugin.
